The property was lovely and was a great fit for our family. The view is gorgeous. Would 100% stay at this location again. The property is well equipped for cooking and has everything one needs for an enjoyable stay.

Jon has been an extremely gracious host. Great communication throughout the entire process (for the last 9 months). The property was fantastic and clean! We liked to go see/explore and this property was a slice of heaven to come back to each evening.Well-stocked kitchen (for those who cook) saved a ton of money from having to eat out every meal. The beds were very comfortable! No shortage of bath towels/cloths/hand towels. Big washer and dryer should you want to pack less and just do a load or two of clothes while you’re there. Also, very convenient to Grocery stores/restaurants/Walmart (this also came in very handy).Will definitely try to book this property again when we come back!

This house was spectacular! My husband and I came for our 20th anniversary bringing our two boys and my mother in law with us. This property is perfectly situated to see all the spots on the Big Island. The lanai is absolutely the meeting spot. The convenience the location provides as well as how well stocked this house is makes it a must stay. Sunsets are amazing. Highly, highly recommend!!

Amazing! Gorgeous neighborhood. The view is incredible. Pool is great. Love the 2 lanais. This house was perfect for our family of 5 and could’ve slept 1 more as it has 4 queen beds. The house literally has everything you need plus more! Very comfortable, wonderful vacation house.

The host was very responsive, kind and informative. Made the process so easy. The views are outstanding!! House was very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 teens. Everything is provided for the beach, with umbrellas, chairs, coolers, towels, and water gear. It was convenient and helpful to have beach supplies available. Will stay again next time in Kona!!

The hosts of this property were excellent to deal with. Overall, great communication Our family has stayed at a number of Premier properties, and this has been the BEST. This property was well equipped, from the kitchen to the pool towels,toys, ect, to the beach equipment, chairs, snorkeling equipment, ect.

Beautiful property, unmatched view of the ocean and horizon. Very well maintained and provisioned. Clear directions. The host was very communicative and responsive, and helped with suggestions for the island as well.

The view from this house is just unbelievable! You will never get tired of it. It is close to everything. There are beaches nearby, but you could easily be content enjoying the salt water pool. A house to remember.

Stop! Look no further! This is the place!We have just returned home from a 10 day stay with our family of 7 adults. Jon and Jackie have a fantastic home. The view is breathtaking. The location is perfect -a short drive to shopping, dining, and beaches. The space is very large and open. No shortage of seating areas. The kitchen is well supplied with spices, oils, lots of cooking equipment, and storage containers. The bathrooms have left behind bottles of shampoo, sunscreen, lotion, hairspray, etc., if you should forget something. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Beds are comfortable and the ceiling fans throughout the house help to keep the air circulating along with the wonderful breeze off the ocean.The pool is awesome and there are plenty of lounging chairs. If you never leave the pool you will have had a wonderful vacation.There are many light and fan switches throughout the house. Jon and Jackie have all of them labeled. This I found to be extremely helpful. They have done a great job to make their home a vacation house for others. One of the best we have ever rented! We would not hesitate to return.Working with Jon was a pleasure!

Perfect Kona Vacation Home

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed, and the view is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and the house is close to restaurants, shopping, airport and Kamakahonu Beach, a kid friendly beach. Thank you, Jon and Jackie, for being such great hosts!
