A jewel!

This was the perfect stay-in vacation spot. It had a view of the Gulf , quiet and condo was really comfortable. Also was easy to access with parking close by.

Great condo, great location

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5. Property location is great with easy access to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. Loved sitting on the large shaded deck everyday watching the dolphins swim by.

This condo delivered

It was exactly what we expected. It checked off all our boxes, clean, spacious and beautiful view of the ocean. It was close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and all the activities we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront Bliss

We loved our beachfront stay, visiting tge beach daily was a walk out the door. A nice heated pool was a treat on the cooler beach days. Condo was roomy with great open concept. Only down fall was one of the guest room beds was a bit uncomfortable and tge unit could use a few better pillows.

Overall property not kept up gate to beach broken several things in condo broken beds extremely uncomfortable asked to be moved to another condo and refused Would never stay at this property again

Exactly as pictured.

We really enjoyed staying here. We stayed after Labor Day. The rugs have had a rough summer but the unit is very nice. We did not cook while we were there. The can opener could be replaced, but it worked! The Breakers East was exactly what we wanted. Nice pool, nice beach, not a high rise full of people trying to cram on to the beach. We LOVED the balcony. The one thing I would change is the patio furniture but we saw the pictures and brought our own chairs. The beds were comfortable and the linens were perfect. Southern was very responsive to our questions.

Great condo but disappointed in Destin.

The unit itself was a great size, plenty of room. It needs some TLC - burned out light bulbs, broken trim on fridge shelves, no welcome and info book, coded door was "persnickety". The owner obviously never goes there, nothing welcoming. One dish towel? Really?? The Breakers East had good location to food and shopping, and nice pool and ample parking. And the ocean is beautiful there, colorful and shallow. But the whole beach set-up of rental chairs and umbrellas taking front row and priority over other guests was plain rude. To just walk the beach we were trudging in deep sand behind all the chairs, or having to walk right down in the breaking water in front of them. Tough going both ways. Area is very touristy, very expensive and very greedy without much southern hospitality. Navigating main road requires a lot of nerve and U-turns. We usually stay in Gulf Shores or Madeira Beach, and just wanted to check it out. But the other two were much friendlier and accomodating than Destin area. So, although we did enjoy the unit we stayed in mostly, and did have a good vacation overall, I probably won't go back to Destin.

Spring Break 2023

Property was exactly what was listed. View of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Security guy (not sure of his name) was awesome at giving suggestions for places to eat, and was very friendly.

Great location

Location was perfect! Right on the beach with a private beach, private beach chair rentals and located in the heart of everything. Only down fall was the room smelled of urine and mold. Kept the vent on with bathroom door shut at all times and that helped keep the urine smell out of bedroom/living area. Blue sofa smells like urine really bad so we didn’t use it. Other than that it was great and customer service was great!

Great property

Excellent property as always. I wish I would have had the ability to check in a little earlier due to us getting there earlier than expected but it isn’t a deal breaker…I will for sure be back in the future!!
