The facilities were wonderful. The condo was very spacious and clean. The balcony was large with plenty of seating. The views of the beach and ocean were spectacular. Check in and check out was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is spacious and well appointed. The end unit was nice, great location. Breakers East is a great choice with private beach, pool, and gated parking. Jim and Pam are excellent hosts, very friendly and attention to detail. I would stay again and highly recommend.

I wish I could give this property even more stars. It is super clean, nicely furnished with all the conveniences one could think of, has super responsive owners, and as a bonus comes with a complimentary beach chair set-up.

It was a very nice updated condominium. I had three teenagers and myself we were all very comfortable and the views were outstanding and you’re right in the heart of everything so there’s nothing if you want to go somewhere. It’s never more than maybe five minutes away.In the time frame which we were in every morning by 6:30 the umbrellas and chairs were already set up at the beach for you to use without you doing anything and getting out of bed having a cuppa coffee on the balcony and watching incredible views

Great Anniversary Stay

Property was great and host was even better. Communication was prompt, never had to worry while on vacation. Highly recommend this property

Jim is a great host. Condo was perfect and Jim was great with communication. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Jim’s condo and there will be many more.

Can’t wait to come back!

Great place with all the conveniences of home. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and activities. Best part of all was the view from the balcony.☀️🌊 We can’t wait to go back!!

Mother daughter trip

Beautiful vacation time!

Very nice condo. Everything you might need and more! The view is beautiful and the location is great too! We had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach with chairs and umbrella provided. The balcony is spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

Spring break

The condo was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing. Very spacious and accommodating. We would definitely book again. Mr. Jim was very helpful.

Comforts, convenience, views-has it all

Condo was amazingly equipped, roomy, comfortable(loved the bed and big comfortable couches). Great location and beach accessibility. Hope to return soon. Jim is a wonderful host.

The Perfect Condo!

Our stay at this condo was fabulous. Hands down, the best equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in. The location was great…view of the ocean was perfect …and communication with the owner was great. We definitely will book there again.

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing! The bedrooms were large, the views were beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were all the pool/beach toys, chairs and towels needed to have a great day on the beach. The owner was very friendly and communicated often. We will for sure stay here on our next trip to Destin! Thank you for a wonderful time.
