* No need to haul or buy beach towels (4) or beach toys; owner has provided these for your pleasure .
* Kitchen is well-equipped for 'dining in' with anything the chef might need to prepare any meal . All new stainless steel appliances , a blender to mix up those frozen beach drinks and K cup style coffee maker .
* Master bedroom has king size bed , 40' flat screen (SmartTV with Netflix) (cable) , dvd / blue-ray player and drapes if you want to sleep a little late .

Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed Thanksgiving holidays (Nov 27-Dec 1) in Destin, FL. Jim is an excellent host and attentive to our needs. He was very easy to contact if needed. The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. The beach is beautiful and we saw dolphins from the balcony. I 100% recommend and hope to return soon.

Spacious condo and private beach!

Excellent condo!

Very clean and spacious condo. One of the most well stocked kitchens we have ever seen on a rental. Plenty of extra touches everywhere for guests. Beach towels, sand toys, chairs, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for our girls weekend

This was perfect! The communication was great and the owner is super nice. The complex is not huge and it’s directly on the beach. It’s right in the middle of Destin so no Uber ride more than $10-$15z I can’t wait to book another stay.

Great for families!

This condo is super nice and clean and in a great location. It is stocked with everything you could ever need, like beach toys, chairs, beach towels, tubes, there’s even a pack n play if you have babies. The beach and pool are wonderful. Mr. Jim is super nice and easy to communicate with. We had absolutely no issues and will totally be back!

Perfect place for a family

Condo was just as pictured and the perfect place for our family of 5 (3 kids, 6,10,12). Beach and property were clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 chairs and umbrella beach set up every day of our stay. Condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. Jim was easy to work with for all of our arrangements. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. 10 out of 10 recommend this condo and this area for a quiet family vacation near the hustle and bustle of Destin.

Wonderful

This is our second time staying in this condo and it was wonderful again! We have two little ones and the condo is extremely accommodating to having children. It was so nice being right on the beach. The pool is heated, so that's another plus. It is centrally located, which was great for going out with the little people. No complaints! This condo has everything you need!

Destin Getaway

We had an amazing stay in Jim's condo! The condo is gorgeous and the location is absolutely breathtaking! The condo had everything you could think of that you might need. It was very spacious, and all the kitchen utensils helped us be able to cook some meals in, instead of going out all the time! There were skim boards and boogie boards that my kids LOVED to use in the Gulf. We had a great time and would definitely book here again!

Christmas Getaway

This condo is better than the pictures. We loved it. Great space. Bedrooms very spacious. TVs are all equipped with all kinds of streaming sources. Best equipped kitchen we have ever rented. Nothing was missed from serving pieces, glasses, pots and Pans, utensils and appliances. Views from balcony great especially at sunset. Location is fabulous. So many close restaurants. We love Louisiana lagniappe and their special Monday to Thursday is a great deal.

Beautiful vacation time!

Very nice condo. Everything you might need and more! The view is beautiful and the location is great too! We had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach with chairs and umbrella provided. The balcony is spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

The perfect location!

My wife and I, along with my parents, enjoyed a week over spring break at Jim and Pam's condo at Breakers East. From the start, communication with Jim was perfect. I can't say enough about him being an attentive host! He and Pam truly made us feel like we were home—with a much better view! The condo was stunning. Ample space, and the scenery was ideal. It is positioned just high enough that you have beautiful wide open beach views, but low enough to enjoy the laughter from the pool and smells from the barbecue! With Jim's condo being located as an end unit, you also enjoy a couple of side windows, which just adds to the big, airy ocean feel! Everything was clean, peaceful, and built for relaxation!The beach was right past the pools and through the gate. We spent a lot of time walking the beaches, and the proximity this place has to the water is top tier! There is a wonderful beach service that sets up seating every morning. Plenty of people around and walking by, but nothing like some of the buildings that have ten-plus rows of chairs and you struggle for your own space. Breakers East takes care of their beach area. The beach and water are like none other. We saw dolphins almost every day of our stay!We dined out most nights. The amount of nearby options can not be beaten! If you wish to eat in, the condo has a stocked kitchen that works great for easy lunches.It was such a positive and memorable trip! Thank you both! We pray we can return one day!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a great vacation at Breakers East! The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus so much more! The pool was very clean and we enjoyed having the beach chairs. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. This is definitely a condo we would consider coming back to again! I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!
