Located on the Cape's beautiful North end, this home has the State Park, bike and walking trails, The Trading Post, Weber's Donuts, bike and boat rentals, restaurants and of course the beaches and bay all near by. Just relax and enjoy our property The Coral Seahorse! Washer and Dryer is also provided! 2 minute walk to the beach!
New inground pool is ready to go! It can be heated for an additional $200 a week.

The minute our family stepped foot on Cape San Blas we knew it was special. We travel a lot and have been fortunate enough to see many beautiful places. Cape San Blas just stood out. Cape isn't just the nature, the beauty, the relaxation and fun that it embodies but also a feeling that captures your heart. We new almost immediately we wanted to be there as often as we could. So, we decided to buy a home, renovate it and share it all with you!

This property is unique as it is so close to both the Gulf and the St Joseph's Bay. The property has views of both from the decks, the living room, the kitchen, the stairwell and all of the bedrooms. We are a very short walk away from a gorgeous beach and also to Weber's Little Donut Shop, Cape Coffee & Ice Cream and Peachy's Beach Eats. We are right next door to Scallop Cove General store as well. You can get anything you could possibly need there including but not limited to: renting a boat, kayak, paddle board and bicycles.
