Gated Beachfront Resort Private Beach Access Elevator 2 Pools BeachBarPickleball

Hart of Paradise at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a 2BR/2BA condo on the second floor of Admiral's Row Building B. It has a view of the ocean and is steps from the beach via a private walkway across the dunes. HHBT has 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, volleyball and more.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a full service gated resort located mid-island on Hilton Head Island.

The Olympic-size oceanfront pool and pool deck are the largest on the island with an adjacent children’s pool dedicated for ages up to 4 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent. A second pool is located at Admirals Row.
Pool hours 9am – 9pm (year-round).

Fitness Area and Shuffleboard
These amenities are located by the oceanfront pool. Volleyball nets are on the beach. Shuffleboard equipment, volleyballs, bean bag lawn toss game, and horseshoes are free and available at the oceanside pool attendant stand. Pickleball equipment can be checked out at the Tennis Pro Shop at a nominal cost

Tennis
Eight lighted hard surface courts, six hard surface Pickle Ball courts and a Pro Shop are available. Tennis is free for owners and guests of the resort. Tennis is available between 8:00am and 10:00pm.

Basketball
A basketball hoop and playground are located between the Tennis Villas lagoon and the Tennis Pro Shop. Basketballs are available in the Tennis Pro Shop.

Playground
Children must be accompanied by adults at the playground.

Picnic Areas
Picnic areas are located near the playground and Admirals Row. Picnic tables and grills are available for your use.

Bike Rentals
Bike rentals are year-round. The rental stand is located near the security gate.

Fitness Center
The fitness center is located at the Pro Shop near tennis court 1. The Fitness Center is open every day 6am – 10pm. Electronic cards for usage of the Fitness Center are available for owners only from Owners Services located in the Conference Center. Fitness cards are available for guests at the CVC front desk for a refundable security deposit of $20.00.

Holiday Stay

Sherry was a great host! Excellent communication and had more than the minimums for supplies (she had water, coffee and some condiments). Also had some snacks for the kids that they enjoyed! The only negative is that the condos are starting to show some age- hopefully they will update to keep this place great! Would love for pools to be heated and a hot tub- but I know it doesn’t get cold for very long, lol! Not a deal breaker but no laundry in the condo- have to pay down the hall. We made sure to bring enough clothes and we did end up just taking all of our laundry home. They had tons of Pickleball courts and it was very busy, but we didn’t get a chance to use them. We liked the Sports Bar on site and we could walk to it- watch the Buckeyes play in the Rose Bowl and get revenge on the Ducks! Most of all - we LOVED how we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes!

Everything you need for a good stay.

Everything you need and then some is provided for a comfortable, successful stay. The decor is very “beachy”. It felt like we were visiting a favorite aunt. The condo owner and condo staff at the complex were responsive and friendly.

Rest & Relaxation!!

Sherry Ann husband were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and personable. Communication was excellent. We had 2 tv that was not working and Ed came the very next day and actually replaced it with a new tv. The unit was well stocked with staples and pantry items. The beds were comfortable even for my 6’6” brother. We had easy access to the boardwalk to the beach and beach toys including towels. We had no complaints and would definitely stay again!!!

Lovely stay at this condo by the beach

We loved staying at this condo! The property was well maintained and very clean. The host was very quick to communicate and we had everything we could possibly need as well as all the comforts of home such as cooking oil, spices, and condiments. There were also kids cups and plates and even beach necessities like chairs and toys. Very quick walk to the beach and the pools were great! Would definitely stay here again. :)

HHI Getaway

Good location and clean condo. The only downside was no cable to watch football and the mattresses were bad.

Sister trip

First visit to HH for our annual sister trip. We are in love with this place. We called it Cozy Condo. We had everything we needed down to the little flashlights for night walking. The owner kept in contact and was more than accommodating! We will definitely return!

HHI Family Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay and our time on HHI. Our kids 5 & 2 had a great time and were sad to leave. We liked that we were close to the beach and that the resort had two pools plus dining options nearby. Traveling there by plane we appreciated the many extras for a day at the beach. We did have a bit of trouble checking in but it was resolved quickly. Sherry was super responsive and we would definitely consider staying again.

Accurate Description, Well Stocked, Very Close Beach Access

I would stay here again. I traveled with my husband and two children. We were able to go to the beach and the pool on property. The beach was a short walk (even with my 4 year old who has a low tolerance for walking distances.) The condo was clean, well lit, fully stocked (towels, plates and cups for kids and adults, new appliances, ice trays, bottled water, you name it, it was there!)

Lovely Vacation

We’ve stayed at HH B and T resort for the past 9 years and this was our first time in this particular unit. It was well stocked, very clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed! We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and cooler. The location was within easy walking distance to the beach allowing our teens to walk back and forth from the beach while we enjoyed the water. We appreciated the extra paper towels and linens. We would absolutely rent this unit again!

Summer vacation

Choosing to stay at HHBT was an easy choice, due to the activities and amenities on site. But staying in Sherry’s condo was icing on the cake!! She was the best host, providing way more than daily essentials for her guest. She was easy to reach and kept contact thru check in and our stay. She provided a welcome basket, and she has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The stay provided much relaxation, and we can wait to come back and enjoy another week at HHI.

Perfect Beachside Getaway with Excellent Host Communication

We had an amazing stay at the condo at Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. The condo was impeccably clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The balcony provided a pleasant spot to relax, with a partial ocean view from one seat. The host was excellent, providing great communication throughout our stay. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend it to others.

My husband and I recently purchased the property as our second home upon retirement. We've decided to share it with others who love the beach and HHI as much as we do. We have found it comfortable and well stocked with everything we have needed to spend time at the beach. We have stayed at multiple timeshares throughout the island for many years, but being within a short walk to the beach is the BEST! We have found the resort clean and well manicured, security top notch, and the people friendly. I've decided HHI brings that out in a person.
