Yes. Departing guest alerted us there was an issue with our toilet. We were lucky enough to be able to have a pluming company agree to come in that same afternoon and put in a brand new one instead of doing a temporary fix. I know our guest were thankful, but I also offered to pay for dinner while they waited for the ring to set for an hour. I sent them 50 bucks to spend at the beach bar the next day. We fix any issues promptly and make it up to our guest any way we can to insure your vacation is perfect! I had hoped that would have helped to get us back to a 10. In the real world things break from time to time. But we are on it!!!

Came from a quick weekend for the RBC Heritage tournament. Property of clean, and exactly as described. Excellent stay and location.

When questioned about the 8 rating, Mary informed me that the reason was due to a problem with the stove top not getting hot. I could have gotten that corrected immediately if I had been made aware at the time. Electrician came as soon as I was notified and the stove plug had come unplugged. Solved in seconds. Reminder - anytime anyone has an issue, please let me know asap and I’ll have it fixed promptly so your visit can be perfect. Note- reason she said in review I was responsive was because I responded last year when the original reservation was made and allowed her to cancel last year the week before she was due to be there and move her reservation to this date with no issue even though too late to rebook my condo. She didn’t realize I had to wait the year to get money out of the booking as I don’t get paid til the guest stays. Communication is always key.

Clean room, not a far walk from the beach, and a lot to do. Definitely recommend this room!

Back in Hilton Had

My family and I returned to Hilton head this week after a few years visiting other beaches. This stay was excellent just like our past stays in this condo. We enjoyed the ocean view and convenience to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for our family!

We had a fantastic vacation in HHI this past week! The unit was perfect for our family...it was clean, the decor is great, and owners were very responsive and gave a ton of great information. Definitely recommend!

Great Getaway

Our stay was wonderful! The communication was great from the owners and the check-in was smooth and easy. The property was clean and we also enjoyed the beach chairs! What a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our trip.

Great Stay at the Beach

This is my families second time stay at this condo. We are well please with our stay. The condo is convenient to the beach, but far enough away from the noise at the pool area. There is plenty of parking and easy access to everything on the island.
