Great view and room was in a great spot close to the elevator and trash chute . Great stay and maintenance responded promptly to a minor issue that ended up being on us for overloading the fridge . Not crowded and a quiet place .

I'll start with the pros- The view is beautiful and the pool is very nice! Cons - The room wasn't the cleanest along with some dirty towels. Outdated appliances and the dishwasher leaked so we had to hand wash everything. If you want right up by the beach you have to pay 55 for 2 chairs and an umbrella days in advance. If you're in front of chairs on the sand, the company of them will tell you to move. And not very nice. Which is ridiculous. One day we were told we couldnt have our chairs in the sand by the wwater because of HOA?! If you dont get front row youre pretty much halfway between the ocean and condo. Which definitely isn't talked about in the listing.

We enjoyed our stay and vacation here. This is our 3rd time to stay at this property, but first time in this particular condo.

#1430 was horrible, if your booking a vacation at Jade East avoid this room at all cost. Very outdated. Beds were broken, cabinet door in the laundry room was broken, had to buy a pan to cook on because theirs was so caked up with old food & it was gross. Q-tips and food in the crease of the blue chairs in the living room. Mold in the shower. super disappointed…With that being said. Our other family stayed in #1450 and it was very clean updated and nice, I would go back to the property, just not #1430 The pool area is nice and was never too crowded. They also have two gas grills and a charcoal grill off to the side of the pool with bathrooms and a few tables. They were clean and we cooked one night on them. Beach was so nice. Sand white as can be and the water crystal clear. They are installing a new elevator so once that’s going that will help, it was a bit of a wait sometimes if you had a lot of people or stuff with you. Over all we loved the property and hated the room. Ps: when you get to the “basement” lower level that you walk out to the beach or pool area, just to the left there is a door that says lost and found. They put all the boogie boards and random things people leave on the beach in there. Our kids found some cool beach toys and we snagged another boogie board there. So definitely check that out it’s a little bonus

Our stay

It was a great stay only thing there was no dustpan in unit and the water pressure was not good at all was hard to wash dishes by hand other than that we had an amazing time

Nice floorplan, great view, good value

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was warm and clean, and never overly crowded. The beach was lovely, we took advantage of the week long chair and umbrella rental. Like other reviewers have stated, the condo is a little rough around the edges, but very serviceable. The master king bed was very comfortable. The balcony has miles of view. We would definelty come back.

Views and location are really the only positives. Mattresses are beyond worn out. The tile grout is brown when it is supposed to be barely off-white. Jade East itself is pretty decent. This room was T I R E D. No hair dryer. No ironing board.

Somewhat disappointing

While the pictures were accurate the overall appearance of this property was somewhat rundown. Outdated furniture that needed either refinished or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Great property location

Overall the condo was fine, but a little outdated. While I understand that it’s a little below the average rental rate per night, but simple stuff like broken/separated crown moldings and baseboard, wobbly beds, peeling paint in the bathroom, lack of ceiling light in the master bedroom, lack of high chair or a spare crib/mattress (especially I indicated number of people and ages staying), etc. The view though is really unbeatable and that was the main reason for selection of this property. However, the property was fairly clean, just a little outdated, but we enjoyed our stay as we spent most of our time outdoor.

However, there are several rental companies in the area that provide these items and will drop them off at the rental for you. Summer vacation 2022

This property was a location to enjoy the ocean views and all that goes with being on the water. The room was in need of repairs to sheet rock texture which was falling off the ceiling in the kitchen area. The balcony furniture had broken arm rests and or had ripped seats. The sink faucet in the kitchen needs taken apart and cleaned, it has low water pressure. With all that being said the place was great for us to rest and sleep after a long days outing and would recommend staying here. Outside offerings was great with hot tub large pool and a outdoor kitchen for grilling which was great.

Nice but needs fixing up

Condo was very clean and it met our needs well. The view is breathtaking! It REALLY needs some TLC though. Both full bed box springs squeaked bad, paint was chipping and discolored, some of the patio furniture was broken, pieces of the popcorn ceiling were chipping off, etc. The shutters in the double room need to be replaced with curtains so it blocks the hallway light at night. The condo was fine besides the cosmetic issues. There is very limited beach space and the beach service takes ALL of it up so if you are planning on bringing your own chairs and umbrella - good luck! If you want to sit and relax on a nice quiet beach this is NOT the place for you. They pack the small beach space in WAY too tight and it leaves no room for those of us who don't want to pay $40 a day for beach service. That was a big bummer for us. Besides that, the property as a whole was very nice.

This is a VERY barebones unit. You need to bring EVERYTHING. We only needed it for the beds to sleep in as we had two units. It would be difficult to cook a full meal in this unit. And when they said a “starter pack” for soap, toilet paper, paper towels. They were NOT KIDDING. One trash bag, two dishwasher tablets, two quarter size bars of soap for two bathrooms and two showers. It has a nice view and was pretty clean. I would not rent it again. It is old and definitely needs a major update. Our other unit was beautiful and very well stocked!

Property was very nice. Rooms were good sized. Host was very responsive. All dishware and glasses were glass. I suggest if you have children, bring paper plates and cups. View of beach was great. Easy access.
