Property is exactly as described and the Check in process was so easy, we literally walked to the room when we arrived and got to bypass the front desk!

This condo is beautiful in a perfect location right on the beautiful beach and across from the waterpark, arcade and amusement park. Even with these the noise level was low from the street. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The room was very clean but the carpet and one upholstered chair did have some minor staining from everyday use- nothing major. The showers were FANTASTIC! Great water pressure and the water got very warm! It was easy to walk to a few restaurants and stores. Parlor doughnuts, Cracklings, The Back Porch and Target were all within walking distance. Make sure you bring laundry detergent if you’d like to do laundry but dishwasher detergent is at the condo.

Our family had a nice stay recently and enjoyed easy access to the beach and location to the baseball fields.

Clean and well maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property very clean and well maintained. All facilities (pool, fitness center) were well maintained. All our expections were met.

What a great stay! So close to the beach, chairs and umbrella provided, great pool, and amazing security! Everything was provided and can’t imagine staying any where else!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay was great! The location was close to restaurants and the beach was nice and quiet! I enjoyed that umbrellas and chairs were included.

We had an issue with the door when we first arrived, and the lady in charge, Beverly, drove a key out to us the very same night.Aside from that the views were beautiful, the renovation was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

Destin Beach Stay

location was ideal for groceries, restaurant, and of course, the beach. Building was quiet and well kept. Definitely will go back.

This was our third time staying at Sterling Sands. We love coming in the Fall the weather was wonderful the water beautiful as always and more shrimp than we could eat. Our unit was clean had everything you would need and decorated nicely. See y’all next Fall.
