Very well appointed 3 bedroom cottage. Neat, clean and great finishes. This cottage is very comfortable for several days stay. The beds/mattresses were very comfortable, loved the bedding/linens, they have not skimped on anything. The location cannot be beat! Really enjoyed our time staying at The Dancing Rooster.

This property is in a great location & has been renovated from when we booked until we stayed! It’s bright, clean, comfortable, and highly recommend! Finding a place with three beds (not including twin beds or a pull out) in Key West was tough, but this was the perfect spot! The only thing that might be a deal breaker, depending on your group, is there’s no access to the common area (kitchen/living) from the front bedroom except through one of the other bedrooms. This was fine for our group & we would definitely stay here again!The juice/smoothie place right across the street was excellent & we were repeat customers at Island Tingz (a few blocks east on Simonton) for breakfast & coffee. Short steps from Duval & all Key West has to offer!

A cute, clean bungalow at a very convenient location. Traveling as a family of six, it's difficult to always please everyone, but we were all happy with the property and Key West is always a treat.

Great location. Just as advertised.They went out of there way to allow us to check in early and the property manager was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful bungalow. Clean and has everything you need. Comfortable and located walkable distance to all attractions on the island. Nice neighborhood! Enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

It was a cute house. Centrally located easy to get to all areas. The parking was pretty good. Only 1 day hard to find a spot out front. Unfortunately the outside of the house was dirty as well as the grounds around the house. The sink in the back bathroom is clogged slow draining. The floor in the whole house is really dirty.

Hi Regina , I saw your review and we want to thank you for bringing this to our attention . We are doing all to correct the issues … It’s the first time we had an issue with the unit, we have a great staff that has been with us for a long time . That being said we are In the process of renovation plans for the unit and the exterior. Thank you for staying with us and I hope you come back and see how beautiful the unit will be with open kitchen and new flooring and decor. For our short family spring break trip, the accommodations were great. Great location to everything we wanted to see and the amenities had all that we needed.

Responsive host & property manager. Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, & attractions. Property was clean & beds comfortable, but would recommend having spare blankets should anyone want to sleep on the sofa. Would definitely stay there agsin.

Comfortable; great location

The home looks just like the pictures and was very comfortable. It was a very quick walk to Duval Street which we loved. We would stay here again!
