Relax in this gorgeous beach home, offering a home away from home. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, magnificent views, and a perfect location with only steps away from the beach. The house is full of light and plenty of space for entertainment, including a back deck, a private bungalow near the beach, grill and more. This is the perfect place to leave all your worries behind while watching the sunrise, and enjoying all that the Sunshine State has to offer.

Family Spring Break

The property was perfect for a relaxing family beach week…and the host was fantastic from our initial booking through our entire stay (answering our questions and providing info about nearby activities/etc).

Nice stay

The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay! We saw sea turtles at night and dolphins during the day. The only thing we were not prepared for were the no see ums. Thankfully there was repellant at the house. The house has a lot books and information about the surrounding area that we found very useful! We had a great time.

Outstanding Time!

We had an outstanding time. The property is exactly as described and is in wonderful condition. The setting is great. The hosts are wonderful folks that go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay! Communication was so easy! We look forward to coming back! It's a great place!

Xmas 2022

My family of 9 had a great time. The owners were very easy to work with and provided many recreational options. Bikes, kayak, paddle board, beach chairs, and beach toys. Very unique property with short boardwalk through trees to the cabana and beach. The hot shower outside was also a great feature. Would stay again.

Melbourne Beach House

This house is beautiful. There were plenty of beach toys, linens and kitchen equipment to keep everyone happy. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We had no issues during our stay. The layout was great for our family as the older kids owned the downstairs area.

Absolutely beautiful

The communication with the owners was a breeze. They were quick to respond to all my questions. The property was well equipped with all the amenities listed, and more. I highly recommend this property if you want a nice, quiet, and peaceful gate away.

Awesome stay!

Carl and Lynn were so helpful for our last minute family vacation! The property was amazing!!! They had everything we could need and more for entertainment and accommodating a large group. We will be coming back!

Sunrise heaven

Beautiful beach home with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. House has many modern upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen. Kids were challenged with the number of remotes to get the electronics to work. Management very prompt to respond to questions.

Precious spot in the Florida Coast

The house was so comfy, it has everything you may need. The beach is just beautiful, the color is hard to believe. The house provides a long board, smaller boards, beach chairs, barbecue, and everything else you may need to make your stay an unforgettable one. Can't go wrong with this choice.
