Loved the proximity to the beach! This was our first time at the Beach and Tennis Resort and we loved the amenities with children.

The resort is dated and could use some updates. The room has been updated, but there are still little issues with flooring and lighting. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, and we had enough utensils for about two meals. The proximity to the ocean was great, and the kids loved the poolside activities.

My favorite resort and beach. The room was large and my only combos that a dehumidifier is needed. The living and kitchen areas were about 15 degrees warmer than the bedrooms . Had to freeze in the rooms to be comfortable in living area.

Great stay on Hilton Head Island. The property had everything we needed. It is not a direct ocean view, but only a short walk to the beach. It was a nice, quiet location, and a short drive to nearby attractions.

We will definitely not be returning to this particular condo. We will choose a different one within the resort. The condo was in bad need of upgrading and looks like a condo from the 70s. The location of the condo was fine, except for the fact that the sprinkler systems were being worked on and all the workers trucks parked directly outside the condo every single day so we had a terrible view. The coffee maker was broken, and one of the outdoor chairs on the balcony was beyond repair.The description of the condo was ocean view. You could definitely not see the ocean view from the balcony as it is on the first floor at the very end of the condo block. Very disappointing!

Wonderful Stay

Room was clean and inviting. While we happened to have weather that wasn't the greatest, it was nice to have a comfortable condo to retreat to. Service by Oceanside Properties was top notch, as usual. I have used their services in the past and have had great success booking through them.

Very happy with a first floor unit with a short walk to the beach and near a pool. The condo furnishings were lovely, bed comfortable, and nice living room couches and chair. This time of year was so nice -- being a little less crowded, but still quite warm. We had a wonderful visit!

First time Hilton Head Visitor

Don't think we could have picked a better place than this to stay. Amenities of resort were top notch. Restaurants great. Condo very nice and clean.

Quiet and convenient

Was a quiet area and the staff was friendly at the desk. The bed was a little hard but overall the place was nice and clean

Awesome location and facility!

We were 100% satisfied with our stay! The condo was just as advertised and clean! We loved that we had a short walk to the ocean and we were right across the lot from the pool. It was perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

Great visit!

Property was very nice, super clean, very short walk to the beach. My husband, myself, and our 5 year old had a great time. Such a great family friendly resort! Every night they have entertainment that’s free to enjoy as well which was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back!

Idalia cut us short

Resort was wonderful, enjoyed our stay but had to leave early due to Idalia coming through. Unit was absolutely beautiful & perfect for our group. Will stay there again.

Lovely getaway

5 person family getaway was absolutely wonderful! We felt safe and relaxed! The 24hr security gate was something i didnt realize i really appreciated. The condo was homey and perfect size for us. Super close to the beach. Had everything you needed and wanted! Would 100% stay again!

Overall it was nice. A little dated could use an upgrade. The bed in the main bedroom needs a new mattress. The beach access was very convenient! I love that you can just walk right out to the beach. Perfect for taking all that stuff from the room to the beach. The host was great and accommodating.

Great location to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect size for a small family. The beach was just a short walk but we were hoping to be able to see the ocean based on the listing; not a big deal. We would have liked to see the dishes cleaner, one of the twin bed sheets had stains on it as well.

This property is a hidden gem when staying on Hilton head Island. The condo is located near the end of the building away from the ocean but is an easy walk to the beach. The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. For those wondering the unit does include a Keurig coffee maker, which was not mentioned in the property details. If you are looking to stay at HHIBT at a reasonable price I would recommend you choose this property for your next vacation. You will not be disappointed.
