This was our second time to HHI and this stay was amazing! The host communicated everything we needed to know without us even asking! The unit was very clean, had everything we needed and more! They have beach chairs, a wagon to get items to the beach and a small cooler that was perfect to pack our lunches in. The pool area was perfect to cool off in during the evenings. We loved eating at the tiki stand, gators and coconuts! We will definitely stay again!! Loved it!

We had a great two night stay at the end of our Spring Break! The beds were comfortable and the condo was stocked with all of our needs. The kids didn’t mind the 5 minute walk to the beach as they looked out for gators and caterpillars!

We had a fabulous stay at this property with two small families (including three toddlers), and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the kids loved the games provided.The home was exactly as pictured in the listing—no surprises! We especially appreciated how easy the short walk to the beach was made by the beach wagon provided, not to mention having access to all the beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of beach toys for the little ones. It made packing so much lighter.10/10 would recommend this rental to any family. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed this clean and renovated condo. It was stocked nicely with everything we needed including all the beach gear and towels! Very short walk to the beach and the property was quiet and well lit.

Very nice 2 br condo. Bathrooms have been updated. We have stayed at HHB&T for years and this is one of the nicest so far. Owners are very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. Would def stay here again.

Overall, very good. The unit is well stocked, clean and has everything that you need. Easy walk to the beach. The buildings are a little bit older and that is understood, you can occasionally hear the people walking above you.

Christmas Shopping Trip

This is our 2nd stay at this condo! Clean and comfortable just like the first time! Owners were very quick to respond if we had a question. Was even to check in a little early because the room was ready! So close to great stores and outlets. Close to great restaurants. Enjoyed watching the Georgia Bulldogs play on the big screen at Coconutz

May Family Vacay

We had the best week at Rita and Greg’s place. The hosts communication was exceptional and super friendly even before we booked. The condo was super easy to access and the walk to the beach and pool was really just a 5 minute straight shot which was very important to us with a toddler. They provided almost everything we needed for our stay and the place was super clean. The beach equipment and beach towels were a huge plus as we flew in and couldn’t have brought those things with us. From the second we walked in it felt like we were at home, the beds and couches were very comfortable and the decor was very cozy, there were no old or odd smells which I am very particular about. We would absolutely stay here again and you should too!

Family Vacation

Beautiful and extremely clean! This condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation, including chairs & umbrellas. Even had beach towels that we didn’t use because we brought our own. We enjoyed the local restaurants for dinner a few nights but enjoyed dining in as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need to cook. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. Beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. My daughter really enjoyed the dove soap, shampoo and conditioner that were in cute little bags in the bathroom. Perfect little touch when you usually see the generic soap and hair products. With TV’s in the bedrooms, it helped when the kids wanted to watch something at night while adults were in the living room. The stay was perfect. When I did have a question the hosts were quick to respond.
