Awesome property! Awesome location!

This property was just off a main street that runs to Madiera Beach. Maybe a 5-minute drive to the beachfront road. It is close to plenty of places for shopping and dining. The property itself was fantastic. A few minor maintenance issues such as a cabinet door needing to be rehung. But, other than a couple of minor things, there was nothing that prevented me from giving this property a 5-star rating. Everyone was happy with their rooms...comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Ceiling fans everywhere. Top-notch appliances. Ice and water are available from an exterior dispenser on the fridge. It even had a Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee maker. Your choice! There was more than enough cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, to suit your needs. The pool and outdoor deck/bar were an awesome touch! Not something you're going to find everywhere. It even had an outdoor fridge next to the cabana/bar. There was a 4-burner gas grill which was in excellent working order and I found it super easy to use. I could go on, but I will conclude by saying, the pictures didn't lie!

Great stay with a great location!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The place itself is enough to be able to enjoy yourself in full, the backyard is a total hit. The location is the hallmark of the stay, you’re 5 minutes from the beach and John’s Pass and there are TONS of choices for food/bars. Highly recommend staying at this location.

Great little getaway

First off - house is adorable. Style is on point but still homey and inviting. Second - so close to Madeira Beach. It made it very convenient. We spent a week here with our family of 5 in mid-February. House was great - two bedrooms in the house and a she shed outback (where my teenage daughter lived during our stay). Nice little living room set up to have a movie night or watch TV as needed. The sunroom was my favorite spot. Relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the view. The backyard is amazing. The little pool to dip in (floaties and pool toys too), the chairs and then there is the cabana! Seriously- everything you need and want! It was a little cool is Feb. I recommend paying the extra fee to turn the heat on. Maderia Beach is a 5 min drive and she had everything you need for a beach day. Chairs, towels, sand toys, totes...it was perfect. This was a great stay! Highly recommend.

So perfect!

Everything about the house I loved! The house was cute! The decor was a vibe! The pool was perfect to float in. The extra lil bedroom outside for the teenagers, Walmart is across the street, Target down the street, 10 min beach! We will def stay here again!

Great house, amazing outdoor space, would definitely book again!!

This house is the perfect size for a small family, girls trip, getaway. We had 5 adults staying here and it was great. The outdoor space couldn't be better. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach!! Overall 10/10.

Perfect Spot!

This property was better than the pictures! The outdoor space was by far our favorite, we spent nearly all of our time by the pool or under the cabana. The house was very clean, great decor, lots of towels and other supplies and super close to shops, restaurants, beach and so much more.

Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed in this home for 5 nights. We had 7 people between 2 families and the home accommodated our group perfectly. The decor is beautiful. The house was immaculately clean and spotless. The backyard was our favorite spot by far. We spent late mornings in the pool planning our day and loved hanging out by the bar watching TV at night. We had a rental car so driving to beaches, dinners, or other places was not an issue. Walmart is walking distance from the house for groceries and other needs. The house is stocked with beach towels and sand chairs as well as little touches like popcorn and breakfast bars as well as a starter kit of basic supplies. Stephanie was very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend this property.
