Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious condo on Madeira Beach. Balcony entrances off both the Master Bedroom and Livingroom. Amazing Gulf views year round. Just a few steps away from the pool and beach. Enjoy grilling fresh sea food at the grill provided on property along with fully stocked kitchen or visit the many conveniently located restaurants.

We traveled with my 84 year old mom. The condo worked perfectly for all of us. The parking was in a covered garage and also had a pass for a visitor to park which was great for our daughter who lives in Tampa and came to visit daily. The parking spot was close to the door and the glass elevator was great! Our condo unit itself was well equipped! It had everything you need to cook (with the exception of an air fryer)it included items for elder (shower chair and walk in shower) and also families with children (bathtub and high chair). They have games, books, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! The bed was comfortable, furniture was great with recliners for all and the patio was perfect! The table and chairs seated 6 and also 3 extra chairs and two chaise lounge chairs as well. The condo is directly over the pool, and high enough to see both ways down the beach. We saw dolphins every day. The beach was clean and soft sand. It has shells as well. All in all- GREAT! I highly recommend. We will be back!

If we were going to design and outfit a condo at the beach, we would model it after this one! We can tell much attention has been paid to details and you have provided quality amenities and furnishings.It really seemed like home away from home.We loved the comfy furniture and beds.We have reclining sofas at home and love to relax and read or watch movies, so your family room space was perfect for us. We loved the spacious patio and furniture! It was nice to have great appliances and water and ice. We were able to prepare meals and enjoy the gulf view.And the clocks! We don't want to be glued to the phones and having actual clocks like at home was perfect We wouldn't change a thing. God created the view and you provided the comfort.

Like always Lisa and Greg are great at communicating and answering any questions. Love staying here when we visit Maderia Beach. They have everything you need in the condo and it is always clean.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! Everything we needed for the kids and grandkids was already provided—beach toys, chairs, towels, and more. It made the whole week so easy and enjoyable for our family with three grandkids.The location is perfect. We didn’t even need a rental car—the trolley is easily accessible, and we were within walking distance to so many great places. The view from the deck was amazing, and the beach is just steps away. The heated pool and hot tub were incredible and a huge hit for both the kids and adults. There’s also an amazing place to eat and grab drinks right across the street.Communication was outstanding. Every message we sent was answered promptly, and the service was truly tremendous from start to finish.We stayed for a week and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this condo for families!

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaview! We are already planning our trip back for next year! Lisa was always quick to respond! We absolutely loved they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels! Us and the kids always enjoyed an evening in the pool and hot tub after a night out to dinner! Would highly recommend if wondering if you should stay in Seaview!

The Condo was well taken care of. The place was very comfortable, and felt like home, it made you want to take care of evrything like it was your home. I liked that the place had alot of beach chairs to use on the beach. We have been going to Madeira Beach for 12 years now, and I think we have found our Condo!!. Will definitely be back again to this Condo. Thank You.

Happy Family Vacation

Great week

Had a great stay with my husband and 3 kids. The location to the beach was beautiful and we even got to see a few dolphins from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed.

Very nice

We had a wonderful time. Very well furnished,clean amazing view. Only negative is the third bedroom is very small. I would say third bedroom is for kids not adults.

Wonderful Stay

The Condo was perfect. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Including an abundance of beach toys and beach towels. Greg and Lisa were excellent host and was always very quick to respond. First time staying in Madeira Beach and we loved the location. Two fabulous restaurants directly across the street. We plan on many future stays.

Family vacation

We all had an enjoyable time, the weather was fantastic. Just a couple of improvements would be more beach toys, since this has 3 bedrooms and probably rented most to families. Also, there was no laundry detergent to wash towels, which they expected you to do before leaving. Otherwise, very comfortable and accommodating

We had the most amazing stay! The condo had everything you could ever need! The check in process was seamless! The building is wonderful, you are so close to the beach. I love having access codes vs keys. I can't say enough! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Amazing

This was such a nice condo. It was clean. Everything you could need was available board games for the kids to a can opener beach toys and beach towels. We couldn’t of asked for a better property to have our vacation at and we are already planning next years trip!

Amazing View

The views were amazing from this condo. Saw many dolphins from the balcony and from the beach. We even saw 2 manatees. This condo has everything you need for your family to enjoy your stay. Games, beach supplies, utensils. This was our first time staying on the Gulf side of Florida. We will definitely be back.

Getaway from the cold

We have stayed her several times in the past. Bathrooms have been updated and very pretty. The weather not as pretty. Lol. Oh well better than Indiana at -6.
