Seaview puts the best of Florida at your doorstep, including miles of beautiful soft white sand beaches to explore. Located on Florida's Central West Coast directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida; the Gulf Coast offers unlimited surf, pier and charter boat fishing.

This unit is handicap-accessible and on the 4th floor of a small gulf-front residential community accessed by elevator. This fully furnished space includes laundry/kitchen appliances, and has a gulf-front balcony.

Beautiful re-decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo looks out to a breathtaking view of the Gulf and beautiful white sand beach. Repeat...ON THE BEACH!

BEST: Sliding doors in Living Room and Master open fully to create "invisible wall" effect.

Master bedroom has elevated king bed and handicap equipped bathroom.
Bedroom#2 has 2 full beds. Bedroom#3 has a day bed and pull-out trundle. Full size washer and dryer in suite.

Great stay

Overall a great place to stay with parking underneath and the beach right out front. My kids loved the pool and hot tub even more than the beach.

Loved our stay in Madiera Beach! The balcony was amazing to watch the ocean, waves, and sunsets! We had dinner there every night. I was there with my two daughters and 2 of my grandchildren and son in law. We loved the condo and cooked meals every night. They kids loved the beach and pool and back and forth! The hosts were excellent communicators!

Paradise

If you are looking for a bit of paradise, this is the place. Beautiful view, steps away from the ocean and restaurants close by. This was our 2nd time staying there and will go back.

We loved our stay at the condo. Great location - directly on the beach. You can sit on the balcony and have a great view of the beach and gulf. The condo is well stocked with kitchen necessities and lots of towels. Pool area was very nice. Parking spot is very convenient. If you want to rent lounge chairs on the beach, the company is Beach Services West. You can find their website and reserve in advance. They were set up before we got down there the first day we reserved. You pay once you are there. Additionally, there are lots of games, books, puzzles, etc for your use in the condo. We would definitely rent here again!

Great vacation!!

Love the complex and condo it was a perfect local and close to anything we needed or wanted. The host was very helpful any time we needed anything or even just a question answered. We will definitely be back.

Great place

This is an amazing location on the beach very close to johns pass, right across the street from the reef, dockside Dave’s, and many other places. A beautiful and convenient location, with great hosts! I would recommend this place to anyone! The kids and myself were sad to leave!

Perfect getaway right on the beach

We loved our time in this condo! Everything was as shown and made our stay very enjoyable. Host was very quick to respond to our questions. The pool was truly heated (unlike some others we've tried!) and there were always enough chairs to sit and relax. The beach area was beautiful and sunsets spectacular. We will definitely come again!

4th of July getaway

We all had an awesome time. The condo is so close to the beach that you can actually hear the waves. The balcony was our favorite spot—perfect for dolphin watching with a cup of coffee in the morning. The facilities were just as nice and we enjoyed the pool when the ocean was too warm. The condo is close to local restaurants and shops.

This unit was amazing! Plenty of space for four adults and four kids (8 and under). Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to have two meals a day there and lived that there were plastic dishes available for the kids. Loved having the reserved, covered parking spot for our rental car. The best part of course was proximity to the beach. It was amazing to be on the beach or in the pool in minutes. The pool was actually heated so the cooler weather didn’t stop our fun. The unit had tons of beach toys and chairs and Jackie was soooo great to work with. We all agreed that we would love to return as soon as we can!

Hartman 2024 Family Vacation

The condo was super nice. The location was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The only bad experience we had was at the time we arrived, the only one elevator was hung up and not working. We had to carry our luggage up four (4) flights of stairs. A few hours later, the elevator was working again. Bad timing for us!

Relocation vacation

We came down for 5 days as we were looking to relocate to the Tampa/st Pete area. We chose this property as it was a mid point for us to use while on our search. The manager nor the property disappointed. It was simply fantastic. The property was easy to find, quick and easy access to assigned parking, and best of all, ample amount of towels. The property owner stayed in touch with us as a few maintenance items were scheduled the following week after we left but it was nice that she told us in preparation. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Living in Florida my whole life, I've been to the beach a lot. But I can honestly say that this place is at the top of my list. The only complaint I have is that I don't live there lol. The location is perfect, getting from the unit to the beach or pool takes minutes, the view of the sunset is beautiful, the parking is very convenient, the unit was exceptionally clean and even well decorated, communication with the host was effortless, and even the fact that all the doors/gates have codes so there's no messing around with keys/cards/fobs was very nice. I can't wait to come back!!

We had fun. The place isn’t updated. However it was a good place to enjoy the ocean and pool. Many good eating places around the area. The beach loungers were hard to rent. The rental company comes around every 2hours to reserve your spot. They require cash which most people don’t carry.The Gulf Shore dr. Is noisy and very busy.

Family owned since 1984. We live in the Chicago area and enjoy the time we spend as a family and with friends at Seaview . We have gone to nearby Busch Gardens, the Orlando Parks, enjoyed visiting family in Florida, and have had fun with local water sports and golfing.

The condo is on the ocean with direct beach access. The condominium complex has a 6ft deep graduated pool and a Hot Tub. On site management is very helpful and accommodating.

Staying at this location provides beautiful views of the water, walkable shopping, trolley transportation up and down beach. It is only 2 hours away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and 1 hour from Busch Gardens or downtown Tampa!
