Best location to stay in all of Montauk! Quiet close to beach and restaurants. Condo is comfortable with everything you need to have a great beach vacation! Highly recommended can’t wait to go back again!

Great stay

The stay was perfect, we had a wedding to attend and wanted a more intimate and private area away from everyone else. The property was perfect proximity to where we needed to be and everything was clean and exactly like the photos.

The property was clean and neat and looked exactly like the pictures. Check in was an easy process. Nick was very easy to get in touch with and ensured that everything went well. We had a wonderful time! Very easy to get to town and near a variety of places to explore. Sunsets and sunrises were amazing to see there.

We had a great stay- clean and comfortable. Close to some great restaurants and not far from downtown Montauk. The pool was perfect for our kids when we weren’t at the beach.

Great condo right on the ocean!

Very nice place to stay. 1st floor clean and equipped with everything you need to cook. Nice pool and walking distance to the beach. Nick was very responsive and took care of anything we needed.

Loved our stay in montauk. Home was a perfect location traveling with our young son. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Loved the amenities- the fire pits by the water, games, picnic table and pool. Staff was very nice as well. Plenty in walking distance for dinner and a short drive to ocean beaches with no issues finding parking. We will definitely be back

Excellent location, very clean, great communication!

We loved staying at this property! The space was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is AWESOME, right on the water and walkable to coffee shops. The host communicated so well and responded super fast. We were so happy with this experience and can't wait to come back some day!

Great Montauk Getaway

What a great place to stay! Nice quiet area but only a few minutes from main street montauk. Beautiful sunsets on deck overlooking the sound. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

Best family vacation

Great views, ac worked perfect, convenient in and out. Kids enjoyed the pool. We drove to beach everyday. Ground floor unit with great back patio off the pool. We picked up cooked lobsters at gurneys market and had a perfect sunset dinner. We would definitely book again.

Great Stay

It was the perfect size for a quick 3 days getaway. Property was clean and cozy. The only criticism is that there is only one small pan for the oven and the grill is coal fired. Otherwise everything was provided. Great experience!

So glad you had a great experience. That's my goal... meet & exceed. I try to perfect the rental experience and provide everything I can for my guests. The hiccup here is the "disappearance" of the 3 week old cookware that went in with the new fridge. I apologize, and thank you for letting me know.

Relaxing getaway

Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay down to the littlest detail ( cooking utensils, sponge dishsoap(which we forgot) hosts were more than helpful with any issues The pricing was off when finalized, but might have something to do with property manager but overall an excellent place to stay at I recommend this to anyone that wants good value for your money !!!

Nice to have you stay, Sal. The small details add up to a big part of any stay. I try to offer bang for the buck, versus something like a studio unit being half the size for near twice the rate. I do my best rate-wise every season because the vrbo guest fee & taxes/fees in NY are out of my control. Be well & thank you.

Thank you, Sal for the opportunity to rent your spot in MTK. It was immaculately clean, excellent location, pool was amazing and warm, views were unbeatable, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and had all the comforts of home. We had an awesome wknd and will certainly book again with you.

Love staying at Sal’s MTK condo

This is our second time staying at Sal’s condo in Montauk. It’s located in quiet and quaint north Montauk. It’s clean, spacious and cozy. Sal is very easy to work with and was very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definitely be back again next summer!

Greay for fishing trip!

I came to Montauk for a Striped Bass tournament. This location was killer for me and a friend to have a home base to take showers, nap comfortably, and refuel between tides. Would recommend, especially if youre doing the same!
