Absolutely beautiful and immaculate property. House is very spacious and welcoming. Expansive and comfortable deck overlooks large yard at the end of a peaceful, quiet street. Every imaginable amenity provided. Easy and enjoyable walk to beach or to town. Could not ask for a nicer property or more thoughtful and attentive host! Our stay was a 10/10 in every possible way.

Montauk Vacation

What a beautiful property- view of the ocean, walk to the private beach- such a great location. The owner was a pleasure to meet and very attentive. There was great communication about the location and what to expect to make our vacation perfect. We will hopefully rent again. We could not have had a more perfect vacation in Montauk. Thank you.

Communicate with Owner in Advance

Enjoyed the house a lot - perfect location for the wedding events we were attending and a nice view. But we got off to a bad start when we had no code to get in despite texts, calls and VRBO messages to the owner. VRBO finally reached him over an hour and a half after we arrived at the house.

I so glad you enjoyed your stay and had a great family wedding experience. It's a great home and location. I repeat my sincere apology for the inconvenience and if I didn't offer you a dinner or night stay on me to make up for the inconvenience, that would have been very unusual. The guest experience is of great importance to me. My best wishes to you and the family.

David and Family, Thank you for staying at our home. and for pointing out a few minor issues, which you managed to fix before my crew could even get to the house (I sent you a fee reduction for your inconvenience). I had no knowledge of the issues since the Kitchenaid appliances are almost brand new and the family who left the morning you arrived sent me four emails about how spectacular their experience was. As we discussed, you're welcome back at any time. Thank you and best regards, Ralph
