Our studio apartment is located in the peaceful country side. It includes a furnished kitchen so you are able to cook your own meals if you would like. It also has a deck where you can sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while watching the sunrise.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—peaceful and off the beaten path, yet still just a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, making the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy place to unwind while still being close to local attractions!

The place was clean and a beautiful setting. Everything was great except for the daybed top mattress. Not great for an adult sleeper, but we doubled it with the trundle bed mattress and it worked fine.

We absolutely love staying at Karla’s rental. The place is clean and quiet and peaceful. It is out in the countryside in the Amish community. You can hear and see buggies going by. The place is quaint and comfortable. This is a nice studio apartment, it has a nice kitchen/dining area , bed, sitting area and nice bathroom. Perfect for me and the wife. This is our go to place when visiting the area. We now visit and stay 2 or 3 times a year with Karla and have been staying with her for several years.

This is our second (and probably not last) time staying at this terrific property! Great location in farm country, in an area surrounded by rolling hills, with Amish buggy's going by the house occasionally. Karla's place is exceptionally clean, bright and airy, with comfortable beds, and a full, well stocked kitchen! Guests have their own specific parking place, and all of these things make it an excellent value! You can tell that great effort goes into its maintenance!We would definitely stay here again, and it has now become our go-to choice in the Sugarcreek area!!!

Guest parking was marked well, close to the entrance. Shops require transportation, but the peaceful, quiet atmosphere more than compensated for requiring a vehicle to enjoy our time in Holmes County.

Quiet area and lovely countryside. Studio apt was welcoming, clean and bed was very comfortable! A nice selection of cookware so we could make meals. Karla was very responsive and offered potential solutions for a couple of hiccups we encountered. We would stay here again! Thank you Karla!

Great for a couple or a family with small children. It’s a studio apartment so no actual bedroom. The trundle bed was comfortable. Very clean. A little bit out of the way which we loved because it was very quiet. The host was extremely responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

I have to say communication was great. Everything was nice and clean. Bring a roll of paper towels if you'll need them. Also to turn the shower on, pill the ring down on the spigot. Parking is tight but doable, I was driving an Explorer. There is a queen bed and a trundle bed. This is a very nice place. Not far from Berlin and in the country. So peaceful and quiet. There is a fire ring with chairs around it. Nice deck. Everything is in one room (studio apt) and a bathroom by itself. Kitchen is stocked. There are no ice trays but a clean fridge and freezer to hold a small bag of ice.I highly recommend this place.

Cute little place

Very nice, private quarters. Guest parking was great. Wonderful back patio. Accommodations were modern, extremely nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
