This unit is a ADA unit. The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s. The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored one bedroom suite on main floor features one original window, hardwood floors, locally made Amish furniture and beautiful views of historic Berlin.

Great place to stay! Comfy bed and pillows and wonderful decor. Very welcoming and relaxing. Parking space was definitely a plus. We will stay here on our next trip!

Super convenient to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Very clean and well stocked with coffee pods and teas. We also really appreciated the full sized fridge and freezer with ice to store all the treats and cheeses that we collected to take back home. Just a perfect to stay while visiting the area. This was our 2nd time staying and we will definitely be back.

Location was perfect to walk to all of the shops in the town. Parking was convenient to the room. Everything was furnished in the room for a wonderful stay. Would stay here again in the future.

When we arrived Sunday (9-13-26) we found the room exactly as described. It was clean the AC was set at a comfortable temperature. We ventured outside to sit on the chairs outside the room and the owner and his wife were emptying the trash can outside and told us to feel free to sit on the front porch as room 2 was not rented.Our stay here was extremely enjoyable and we are planning a return trip here next year.

We have stayed in a lot of different hotels, motels and vacation locations though out our life and we happened upon the Wurthmann House in our travels to Amish country, Berlin Ohio and decided to book it for our 50th wedding anniversary. We were genuinely surprised, it was the best place we have ever stayed. Everything about it to us is 5 star, clean, well taken care of. The Millers were very gracious hosts and Mrs Miller even brought us a box of chocolates for our anniversary.We will be going back in the future.

My only regret with the stay was that I was unable to stay longer! Everything was very comfortable and CLEAN. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. Location was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Hope to visit again. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay in Berlin at the Boyd Wurthmann place. Very clean and comfortable. We met Robert and Connie and they were extremely nice and very helpful. Hope to stay there again next year.

This was the best stay ever in Amish country Ohio!!! The house 3 was beautiful, comfortable, clean and so well furnished. I would definitely stay here again. I had to text a few questions, and all were answered immediately and professionally. This couple is so gracious! Thank you so much!

The host left everything to be desired. Since the location was on a busy street there wasn't noise and our parking was nearby. An excellent location where you could walk to the shops in the local area. I would definitely stay here again.
