Amazing waterfront and sunset views!

Our family’s home has a large waterfront lot with amazing views from the living room and kitchen. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with a game of cornhole or playing in the sandy bottom waters in front of the home. After a breathtaking Burt Lake sunset, enjoy a fire by the water before putting an end to another wonderful Northern Michigan Day. Just a short walk to public beach and minutes away from downtown. There is no dock or boat slip available with this property, there are public boat launches located nearby at Burt Lake State Park and on the Indian River.

What a beautiful place to stay. Access to evrything and cant think of one thing they could do differnt here. Definitely on our list of places to go again.

Perfect for relaxing with beautiful Burt Lake sunsets!!

Perfect location for recharging after 3 1/2 weeks traveling through the beautiful mountains of NW ! Clean and comfy… a family will love all the possible activities right at their fingertips!

Great access to Indian River

Great location to Indian River and bike trails. Great sunsets, not a lot of privacy. Property was clean and check-in process was easy. Would go back!

We had another wonderful stay here and made great memories with family! Great weather and loved the low depth /sandbar right off the ladder! Bonfires & sunsets, so beautiful! House simple, well equipped & clean! Thanks!

We had a lovely time. No one wanted to leave. Being able to walk for coffee, groceries, and ice cream was a huge asset!

Great Location

This property was perfect for our vacation. We enjoyed our nights with sunsets around the fire pit looking at the stars. There were ducks and loons in the water throughout the day. The location is just around the corner from the store and boat launch. It worked out great for us!

Beautiful Lake Stay

We were hosting family from Florida and an unexpected issue arose at our property. We were so grateful to find Nolan's property on very short notice and he allowed us to check in early which was very appreciated in our circumstances. The house is in a beautiful location right on Burt Lake and we so enjoyed the view and outside spaces. We would definitely stay again!

Girls weekend

We enjoyed the great view of the lake and had plenty of room for my mom and two sisters. Would definitely recommend!!

We loved the location! Best water views you could ask for! The home was spacious, clean, and welcoming! We rode our bikes for ice cream, boated,and swam out front! We relaxed by a fire for hot dogs and s'mores each night! We didn't want to leave! The owner was great! He responds fast making us feel important and cared about! Thank you Nolan and we are looking forward to renting again!😊
