The both the setting and container home are beautiful. The container home is immaculately clean and very comfortable. The coos are fun to feed as are the chickens. (Cut up apple was a big favorite with all of them.) The hosts are very helpful and very very kind. I stayed here earlier this year and enjoyed myself, and this trip was no different. I hope to come back again!

Our stay was relaxing and tranquil. We enjoyed the fire pit area and exploring the acreage. The chickens, cows, dogs, and cats were much appreciated!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Jaimie was so wonderful and accommodating. The farm animals were so fun, and the tiny house was so well done.Our visit was perfect!

We spent our 47th anniversary with the coos and loved every minute of it. The hosts were fantastic, friendly, helpful and always concerned if we needed anything to make our stay better. The storage container was fixed up so cute with all the pictures of the coos and chickens. Make sure you get some of their farm fresh eggs and homemade jams. They both are wonderful!! This property is a little piece of heaven and so relaxing, would definitely recommend .

It was a very quaint home. You can tell that Dave and Jamie actually lived in the tiny home. They put a lot of thought into how to make the small space work well for 2 people. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing quiet oasis

Our stay at Highland Farms

What a beautiful place to stay! The hosts were so helpful and the place was so clean. We loved getting to meet the cows and feed them. The doggies were so friendly and cute. The house had everything you could ever need. We also had the opportunity to bring home special gifts from our very memorable stay. We are definitely coming back!!

Cozy wooded fantasy!!

The moment we stepped out of the car we knew we had made the right choice! The air was fresh, everything was so green and the property was very well kept!! We’re both animal lovers so the roaming animals was absolutely a solidifying factor for us and our booking. We even got to meet our host who invited us over for breakfast :) They’ve really thought of everything to make this a welcoming place to stay. As a queer couple this was extremely important to us. Will definitely be back!

This is a lovely, peaceful, refreshing place to stay.Older travelers (such as myself) or anyone with mobility issues will need to be aware that indoor access to the bedroom and deck on the second floor is by a narrow spiral staircase. Carrying things such as a cup of coffee up can be challenging.

The container house and farm are in a beautiful location. The house is very well-equipped. The animals are great fun to watch and feed. (Carrots and apples were a favorite.) The innkeepers are kind and friendly and answered any questions we had about the animals. Town is a short drive away if you choose to go out to eat or want to explore. I enjoyed it so much that I will be returning with my sister in a few months.
