It is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family getaway with 6 adults and 3 children. It was the perfect retreat for us. The location was beautiful as well.

We had a great stay, the property was very clean and spacious. Charlie was very responsive if any issues arose and addressed them very quickly. The amenities were great.

Nice location for several couples… house is well appointed.. bed linens, towels, etc among other paper goods provided which is nice not to have to pack and bring all those items with you… Private fire ring out back is really nice! We and another couple had a great stay.. oh, and the hosts are very responsive if you need anything!

The house was very clean and equipped with what you need. The layout of the house was great for our large group of 10 adults. A con was that the only access to the lake was through the beach down the road (1/2 mile down hill) and it was closed for the season.

Thank you for staying with us and for leaving the home in great condition — we appreciate that. For future guests, a quick clarification: the community beach closes every year after Labor Day, as posted by the HOA. This is a standard seasonal schedule and not something hosts can change. During this guest’s stay, daytime highs were in the 60s, which is typical for the Poconos in September and not beach‑friendly weather regardless of access. We always encourage guests to review and rate the aspects of a stay that hosts can actually control — the cleanliness, accuracy, responsiveness, and comfort of the home itself. We’re glad the property met expectations and hope this information helps future guests plan their visit.

The property was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and there was seating available for our group. The fire pit is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy time with family. Towels and linens were provided which was very convenient. Check in and check out instructions were very clear.The only suggestion would be to update the mattresses. While we were comfortable and slept fairly well the beds are very loud and squeaky when you move. Otherwise, the house is a great value and you will have a great experience!

What a beautiful home! Very warm and welcoming. Nice, wooded yard and loads of wildlife. Comfortable, neat and clean. Kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need. Lake and beach were ideal. Our host was very prompt getting back with my questions or requests. Definitely would give the house and host 5 stars. Would rent this property again!

This was our fourth annual vacation to Lake Harmony and this house was so far the best! The house was a perfect size for a family of 10 and we could not have enjoyed it more. The listing of this home is 100% accurate and the guests will not be disappointed.The host tends to every little detail and is always available to communicate.We rate it 10/10 and hope to be back next year!
