I was very pleased with my stay here. There was more than enough space for my wife, our three small children, and me. The property offered plenty of privacy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was also just a very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, making the location incredibly convenient. The place was exactly as advertised and well worth the cost. I would gladly stay here again.

Sweet cottage in the park

We really enjoyed our stay in Seaside Park. The cottage was adorable and the perfect size for our family of 4. I recommend a quick walk to Bella's Bagels for breakfast.

Great one month stay in Seaside Park!

Loved my stay here at this newly renovated, modern, clean and spacious 3 bedroom cottage! Great location- just a 1 1/2 blocks from beach/boardwalk in a very quaint, residential neighborhood. Place looks like the photos- spacious kitchen and living room, flatscreen, Samsung smart tvs in every room, great central air/heating, cute electric fireplace, 3 nice-sized bedrooms and a nice dining room area. Nick and Andrea were very accommdating and friendly.

it was amazing! the only issue we had was a man named Ron who broke into our house while we were just hanging out inside and he started yelling at us!! he continued to sit directly in front of our house the whole night. but the house was beautiful and it was an amazing time. it is close to boardwalk and the beach!

Jersey shore get away

The property was as pictured. It’s a nice little house with nice amenities. There’s a washer/dryer right in the back, there’s a grill, a swing set, an outdoor shower. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and about an 8 minute walk to the boardwalk. The location was perfect, it’s a quiet neighborhood and a close distance to everything. Check in was easy. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. When we arrived, we had to get out the vacuum and clean the floors. We swept up about 3 good sized dirt piles. Not really what you want to do on your vacation…the beds had trash underneath the comforters.. and I had to wipe down the tub for me to feel okay about my son taking a bath because the place just felt dirty. I did reach out to the manager about this on our first day and he was very nice and offered to send a cleaning lady out. At that point, we had already cleaned and there was no point. We also had some issues with the wi-fi. But overall, we had a good trip. The house is nice, good location and nice amenities. I just wish it would have been cleaned better before we arrived.

Lazy River Rentals has earned Premier Host status with VRBO. We use professional cleaning crew and have documented inspections prior to guest arrival . We have guests sign a confirmation Stating that if there are any issues to advise immediately or soon after check in . If there was a cleaning issue , the home would have been required to be re cleaned by our cleaning service . We had no onsite requests from this guest so we were unable to be aware or address any issues . Guest references a bath tub but the home has both an indoor and outdoor shower . We thank her for the many nice comments in the review but anything less than a 5 star rating hurts our company and staff that work so hard everyday to maintain our 4.8-5 star rating with over 200 5 star ratings
