Another great summer of 2022. Weather was amazing, beach was beautiful and water was warm. Taking rentals for summer of 2023.

Family property is located 4 houses from the beach. Beach entrance right at the end of Lafayette ave.

We take pride in ownership wanting a very clean comfortable home to share with our guests. Many higher end upgrades found in properties at a much higher rental fee. Super clean wonderful two family property that has been fully renovated to include granite counter tops, large kitchen, full tile walk in shower, laundry room. You will love the outdoor shower for after the beach. Parking for one car with plenty of street parking.

FRONT UNIT OF TWO FAMILY PROPERTY. Relax at the beach or on the front porch. Steps to beach. Single story great for families with children and senior grandparents. outdoor areas and outdoor shower, grill outdoor front porch area with patio and table set..

One small pet considered with owner approval.
Short walk o boardwalk with the rides but far enough to get out of the excitement. Good family restaurants near by (Saw Mill) (Park Seafood) (Hemingways) those days you don't want to barbecue. Park Bakery its a must for delicious crumb cake & bakery items

Walk/run each morning or night on the 1.5 mile boardwalk to South Seaside Park and Island Beach State park for a great workout. Fishing at many local piers or IBSP. Family playground for the young ones in walking distance. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore the Jersey shore.

I am happy to say we have had nothing but great experience renting our home to lovely families. Thanks to those families that have given us so many nice reviews and memories.

We feel Seaside Park is a great family beach town where you can enjoy the fun of the boardwalk, beach and bay. Quiet feel of a family town but close enough to walk to the action at the boardwalk rides and stands.

The property has been renovated to have everything we want in a second property shore home. We take pride in ownership and I am sure you will see that in the property. We upgrade the property each year so that everything is perfect for our guests.

What we love most about the property is being so close to the beach to go back for lunch, restroom or a break from the sun. We are right at the beach entrance so not much walking for seniors or small children. We have 4 children who have grown up in the house with many fond shore memories and being so close to the beach has been key.

Each unit comfortably holds 6-8 people. We have priced the rental reasonably for the area to allow families not to break the bank for a shore vacation.

Several fishing piers or boat charters for fishing enthusiasts. Great bike riding with Island Beach State Park 1 1/2 miles away.

Immaculate kept property with all the upgrades. Separate outdoor and showers areas for privacy. Super clean and comfortable. Great block with nice neighbors. Hard to find a property at this price with the location and quality of the home. See reviews from past renters.
