Beautiful home in an excellent location with access to many nearby amenities and attractions (pools, golf, beaches, resorts, restaurants, etc.)! Owner is delightful and responsive. We really enjoyed the open main level connecting to the pool, hot tub, patio, and outdoor kitchen with grill. Lovely views, too. A terrific place for a couple of families to stay together and explore the Big Island!

Wonderful property, beautiful and spacious indoor/outdoor living. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Infinity pool, beach club were also amazing. Wonderful place to stay with larger group. Location is great. Would highly recommend.

Adam and Kate were amazing hosts. The home is absolute perfection, and the location is phenomenal. I can’t recommend it enough.

Truly Paradise

We loved the breathtakingly beautiful house, decor and gardens. Whale watching from the ocean club was amazing and of course loved taking the golf cart to the snorkeling beach and Napua dining!!! Kate was a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to return!!

Beautiful getaway

We loved the house and the island!Beautiful setting and very well equipped.We loved the close proximity to the beach club for the grandkids to play and us all to have lunch. The pool club is beautiful and the whales were easy to spot most mornings! We went zip lining, whale watching and snorkeling during our visit. Lots of fun for grandparents, kids and grandkids! Restaurants at the Mauni Lani were both great for adults to sneak away for a few nights out.

Best Place Ever

This property is beautiful. Gorgeous ocean view sunsets, fantastic pool and spa, and lush landscapes. Managers were great and waited patiently while we ran late. We really didn’t need to contact them because everything was great. The One Ocean pool and gazebo, the Mauna Lani beach resort, and the golf course are beautiful, close and convenient. Our grandson loved golf cart rides. Our granddaughters loved the beach. So many great new memories. Thank you.

Family Vacation

My husband and I are celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary this year and our dream was to bring our family to Hawaii to celebrate. This property far exceeded our expectations!! The home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! There was ample room and privacy for our adult children and their significant others. We loved the open air lifestyle the home affords with AMAZING views. The amenities that come with this home are spectacular! We were able to relax and enjoy the pools, beautiful views and beach club amidst our sight seeing excursions. Kate was welcoming, helpful and a wonderful host. We look forward to coming back again to enjoy this beautiful home!! Mahalo for a vacation that we will never forget.

Excellent family retreat

This is a beautiful property and very well equipped in all respects. The kitchen and outdoor barbecue are excellent for those who wish to cook at home. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and roomy with lovely views. The pool & hot tub and the grounds are well tended. The main house is spacious and breezy - so delightful it is easy to just stay home. But the access to beaches, golf and many other north island attractions is first rate. The private beach club, the Ocean Club with pools and cooking/dining facilities, and the Sports center with more pools and exercise equipment are awesome amenities! We particularly enjoyed having a golf cart so family members could split up (using the cart and our rental car) to visit beaches, stores, etc., as desired. We very much appreciated the beach gear that is provided as well. Not having to rent these was a great convenience. This home is a great place to relax and enjoy on its own, and a luxurious base from which to experience all that Mauna Lani and the North Kohala area have to offer. The noise and lights of golf course maintenance equipment had us up early every day but we didn't mind it because we wanted to make full use of our days here. The noise of construction on nearby homes was annoying only for its unpredictability (happening at various times on only some days). We all had a wonderful time here and recommend this property wholeheartedly!

What an amazing Villa! The location the linens comfortable beds, beautiful towels amazing pool and tropical yard with waterfalls flowers outdoor shower! Just beautiful. We used the One ocean club pool area a lot! It is truly amazing. 2 pools 2 hot tubs couches bbqs etc- short golf cart ride away! Also access to the Mauna Lani private beach club!! Perfect villa for a perfect vacation with our 3 generation family! Our grandsons didn’t want to leave the house. It was a relaxing perfect vacation.

Epic Big Island 🏝 Stay

This was truly a trip of a lifetime…and this villa was a highlight. Beyond the beautiful views and amazing easy check in with Kate…it was amazingly well appointed with wonderful details…beach towels, chairs, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. the Mauna Lani Beach club was lovely and easy to get to. The icing on the cake was the One Ocean Pool and Cabana. Truly an amazing experience ❤️
