Clean and Roomy. Nice outdoor seating areas with large yard. Excellent location, easy access to local restaurants, shopping and downtown Atlanta. We will definitely stay here again.

The overall stay was good. The areas of improvement would be:*Not all the dishes were actually clean* the left kitchen sink basin didn't drain properly * The directions for locking the front door didn't work* The 3rd level with the bedrooms stayed a lot warmer, as the air wasn't working well.

When we arrive the grass was over grown. The inside smelled of mildew the carpet was dirty the couch had a cover on it as if it has a dog living their. The kitchen sink was backed up. Furniture on the deck was not safe to sit on. And the smoked detector was beeping. We had 2 women with MS that did not feel comfortable staying in the house. So we did stay in the house. We had to find hotel rooms to stay in.

When i arrived to home the water was cut off, the house had no running water, the host lied and said she had a plumber on the way to turn it back on because he turned it from when fixing the toilet. Co host told me that wasn’t the problem and after 2 hours went by she told me it was nothing she could do. I came from out of town and didnt have any other arrangements. Pictures don’t look like site, home is old dirty and outdated. Old urine was in the toilets. The outside of the home need some Tlc.. terrible experience, i wouldn’t recommend booking. And this was my birthday trip with family and we stuck without a place to stay or go to for 4 hours, after already driving there for 12 hours..

Zee’s Place

We loved the property. Zee’s place was cery clean and accommodating. The home was beautifully layout and the yard and the deck was a high point for the family to spend quality time outdoors.I would rebook with Zee in our future travels to Georgia.

Great time!

We had a great time and were able to stay in touch with the owner with all our questions and concerns. The only thing that caught us off guard we weren’t able to use the oven without having to put it on broil. But other than that it was great!

The house stayed hot our entire stay. The lowest it hit was 79 degrees. It was extremely uncomfortable. The owner delayed response to our complaint made it very hard to have the issue resolved. We were provided a portable unit that was not helpful at all. The pots in that house need to be replaced. they were so worn out I had to buy some pots for our stay. A VRBO is supposed to feel like home away from home. This house really fell short. We have stayed in many properties before and this was the first time a house did not allow guests to a laundry room. Stains on furnitures and area rugs. A deep and thorough cleaning is also needed.

Kitchen was equipped with needed utensils and plates. The problem with the kitchen was everything being dirty and not washed. Microwave and fridge were clean but all utensils, silverware, plate ware, toaster oven, oven, and Keurig were dirty and grimy. Floors seemed swept. Place seemed dusted well. We had no working ac and hardly slept. Contacted host twice and couldn’t get any help with the issue. Just suffered thru the heat, up to 79 degrees. Many things in the house were either broken or missing parts such as blinds and lights. Water pressure was very poor and toilets wanted to clog very easily. Not worth the price. Would have been tolerable if we had working ac.

Spring Break Trip

Booked this property for our sons spring break. The location made it very easy to reach all the things in and around ATL that we wanted to do. When we arrived we found a well stocked kitchen with plenty of items. There were plenty of towels and linens and the downstairs bathroom had been renovated. We had several concerns: First was the need for the interior of the house to be painted, it was obvious that the house had been well lived in. Second was the lack of working smoke detectors, I only was able to locate one in the entire house. Third was the oven, it had to be set to 400 to cook anything so it ruined almost everything we tried to cook.

I appreciate the feedback! I’m not sure if you noticed, but the entire house is set up with Carbon Monoxide Detectors and there are three additional smoke detectors. Yes, we’ve been hosting guests for a few years, however the entire house was renovated less than 3 years ago. I will be sure to have the oven looked out immediately though the previous guest did not seem to have any issues. Thank you for choosing us for your stay.

the house urgently needs a deep cleaning, the air conditioning doesn't work, the refrigerator is broken, don't put it in the bins, the carpets in the house are dirty, towels are stained, the bed sheets need to be cleaned, the house doesn't accommodate 12 people well as advertised 2 of the rooms do not have a fan, remember the air does not work, we are very disappointed

Group of 8 visit: 4/25/25 to 4/30/25

The space was accommodating for our group; however after inspecting the home upon arrival, we found: the frig or freezer leaking water. I made this known to owner/host immediately. I asked for a repair person, however this did not happen while we were there.We also found a chair on the deck, dry rotted, fell apart. There was a wooden rail loose headed downstairs to the masterBR- a safety hazard & ants were found in the kitchen sink. All these issues were reported immediately. The driveway was an issue with my 2 vehicles driving in & out, due to the entrance to the driveway being incredibly high, scrapping beneath 2 cars

We arrived at 11:30 Friday night. After working all day and then traveling well into the night we got to the house with the air on 80 degrees and no running water. Our in-laws arrived about 30 minuted later. My husband and brother-in-law finally found the water meter and there was a utility lock on it. The house is listed for sale and the grass wasn’t cut. Little things were broken here and there. No back on the remote, toilet paper holder broken, fridge was leaking all over the hardwood floor, staircase wasn’t secured to the wall. We’ve stayed plenty of places and this was by far the worst experience. We had to find a hotel to stay at instead and didn’t get to actually hang out with family except going out and about. I hope that this host learned from our experience and that no one else has to deal with what we did. Overall the house was very pretty and had plenty of room but sadly we didn’t get to enjoy it. Next time maybe cut the ac down to a normal temperature in Georgia and have the water on. It wasn’t fun driving 6 hours to then not be able to even fill up water bottles and go to the bathroom.
