Spring Steelhead Trip

This was our second year staying at this property. The house is wonderful, with a great location for our needs. The owners are great to work with. Will be staying there again in the future.

Farmhouse VRBO - Amazing

I can’t say enough about this vacation property! Very clean, great location and the property managers were super nice and friendly! The place was exactly like the description! A must place to stay! We will stay again! Thank you for everything!

Felt like home

Our family enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It felt like a home away from home. The pictures on the sight dont do it justice.We would stay again if in the area. Very nice

Steelhead Fishing Trip

The Farmhouse was located within a half hour drive of all streams in Erie. As well as the Mike's creeks in Northeast Pa. Perfect place for our trip. Clean and well kept house.

Beautiful property!

It’s a beautiful farm house. It has everything you may need. Beautifully decorated. Great size house and very clean. Excellent location. Big land with beautiful views. Host is very responsive and works with you. We had a delay on our trip due to snow storm and they were very accommodating. Definitely a one to come back!

PLEASE READ THE FULL LISTING BEFORE BOOKING A few days before our trip, we were informed that someone lived in a building very close to the house. We were then told there was also overnight campers on the property near the house. Shortly afterward, we received a message telling us not to leave food out because of "uninvited guests." While I understand this is a farm, each new disclosure added to our concerns before we even arrived. When we toured the house, it had many nice updates and was clean. However, we noticed multiple large rooms throughout the home that were locked. We travel frequently and completely understand having an owner's closet or a single locked storage area. This was different. There were several much larger locked rooms, and with our daughters sleeping upstairs, it simply did not leave us feeling comfortable. If the people living on the property were already clearly disclosed in the listing, why was it necessary to send a separate message highlighting that information just days before our arrival? We ultimately decided not to stay at this property and forfeited the entire cost of our five-night reservation because we did not feel comfortable with the overall situation. We were also disappointed that, after deciding not to stay, there was no willingness by the owner to even a partial refund. Please read the entire listing including all fine print before proceeding.

Great hosts, pretty property and beautiful landscape! We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. It was so close to everywhere we needed to go and be. Highly recommended this beautiful home and the hosts Terry and Angela.
