We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were great, easy to communicate with, and made everything simple. The house was clean and comfortable, with cozy spaces that were perfect for sleeping, relaxing, and resting. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this rental to others. We would happily stay here again!

Great stay and convenient to several lakes and towns we were hopping. Such a comfortable and well appointed home, wish we had more time there. (4days)

Ryan was an extremely great host! The living area and all beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor area was a great place to sit and relax. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Perfect stay

Clean and comfortable, quiet getaway. Hosts thought of everything, appliances all brand new, comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family. Great location near the pier, beaches, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house - the hosts have thought of everything! The home was spotless. We stayed to celebrate our daughter's graduation from SUNY Fredonia. The house was about 5 minutes away so it made everything effortless.

The check in process was seamless. The house was clean and met my family’s expectations. We were attending a family reunion for the weekend at Point Gratiot. The location was perfect! Overall, l would recommend this house.

November Great Lakes Region od NY

The property was very clean. It was centrally located to all great fishing locations for steelhead and Brown. We enjoyed the house. It has all the features and amenities that you need to be very comfortable.

Very cozy and everything you need. You forget something it is there. Checkin was perfect. Communication was the best. Great people to work with. Close to fairgrounds. Thank you for everything.

We spent a couple nights here while visiting out of town family, this fit the bill and then some. I would stay again. The one room upstairs runs colder than others but there were extra blankets to make it a non issue. The sound insulation isn’t great and we had to tolerate the sound of blowing wind and, one night, the music from the event space across the street.

Great property - centrally located

My sister and I were the guests (both 60) and everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. There are two beds and a bath upstairs and a master bed and central bath with washer and dryer downstairs. Perfect for the two of us! The location is just down the street from The Point - which is a very popular location for sunsets, beach combing, swimming and picnics. It is also centrally located to the city's pier with shops and restaurants and entertainment in the summer time. Ryan and Emily are top notch hosts! We will definitely stay here again!

We felt at home during our stay with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living quarters, and good sized bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and front porch. View from front porch looked at the back of buildings. Nice parks to visit and super wineries with everyone being very friendly.
