We had a wonderful week staying at this unit in Provincetown. Location can’t be beat (less than an 10 minute walk to commercial street) and the deck/patio was a nice place to relax and have a drink after a day at the beach. I’ve been coming to Provincetown for over 15 years and the kitchen area was the most spacious and useable of any I have rented. Parking was good and having room for 2 vehicles was a nice bonus. Host was responsive.

Conveniently located close to town, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The space was comfortable and spacious, perfect for our 2-person getaway. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the peaceful surroundings.

Ralph is a wonderful host - we had a few small problems and he had them fixed immediately. The house is incredibly convenient to Commercial St - we barely drove our car for the terrific week we were there. We like to cook while we are away and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, and the cupboard has standard spices and assorted pantry items. The beds are comfy with nice quality sheets. We are probably going to try and book this place again next summer.

Very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Exactly as described, clean, comfortable and perfectly situated for an easy walk into PTown. Excellent communication from Ralph before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again in the future.

Great Stay

First P-Town trip for all of us and we all agreed that the VRBO location and the property itself were both perfect. Enjoyed spaciousness and cleanliness.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay here over the week of the 4th of July. The location is perfect, close enough to everything that you can walk but still on a quiet street. The property is gorgeous and had plenty of room. We had a wonderful stay

The property was in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Close to everything you need but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was a really nice bonus too. Four of us were very comfortable staying splitting the bedrooms and the pull out couch.

Great getaway

We had a blast and the location was great, a bit of a walk from the ferry but we had a lot of fun. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable, newly updated, and clean.

Great Place!

We (two couples) had a fantastic weekend in Provincetown staying at this property. It is a short walk to everything, the place was spotless and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the covered porch. Ralph was incredibly helpful and responsive answering my questions before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it to others.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Everything was as advertised! Clean, spacious and great location. We didn’t use our car once. We would definitely book again if looking for a place to stay in Ptown.

I can’t imagine a more convenient location! A quick walk to everything in town. This is a lovely and spacious accommodation. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with other high end homes. I highly recommend this rental. For future renters, please take care of this place as we hope to return soon!

We had a great week, loved the condo, peaceful front porch to relax Condo was clean, beds comfortable, will definitely return! The owner was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive to my one call. Include this place in your final choice while in Ptown!

Great comfortable spot

Ralph was a wonderful host and very responsive. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were perfect for two adult couples. Great private outdoor space with lovely landscaping and nicely appointed kitchen. Quick walk down to the West End and all that Commercial St has to offer.
