the house had great space, was wonderfully equipped for anything we could imagine, and was in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, only a short walk from commercial street. we would love to stay again.

House was pretty, well maintained and stocked in a great location for us. We encountered no issues during our stay but the property manager was responsive and helpful with our questions in advance.

There are four queen size beds; three bdrms and one basement den room. The two bdrms upstairs are large great rooms with a shared upgraded bathroom. The third bedrm on the main floor, smaller but nice. Nice sheets and towels. Ac in all rms. Well stocked kitchen. The basement had an old mildew smell, which got a little better after airing. It is a big room with a tv and a couch and bed and likely just needs professional cleaning of the rug and couch. We had six adults and one toddler and so plenty of room. The deck is very large with room for a couch and chairs and also a large table to eat at. The area is beautiful and a 12 minute walk to the harbor beach and further to the center of town.

Great for family with dogs

The house, with bedrooms on 3 levels, was perfect for our 5 person crew (2 + 2 + 1) with 2 small/medium dogs. A minor issue when checking in, but a quick call to Dan and he solved it within 15 minutes - great responsiveness!

P-town with the Grants and Carrano family

The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely furnished, has everything we needed. Dishwasher was a bit funky but did work. The neighborhood was beautiful and an easy walk into P-town. Just 1.5 miles from beautiful National Seashore beaches We had an awesome time ! Would definitely consider renting again if available

Amazing ptown stay in a quiet part of town

Loved this property. Very spacious with folks having their own areas of the house to work, sleep, hang out, etc. beautiful backyard to enjoy the sunshine. I would definitely come back. Only feedback i had is that some supplies were missing or out eg paper towels, detergent, but was no efffort to pick up at the stop and shop nearby.

Loved This House

Stayed for a week in June with our three adult children, their SOs and our dog. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. Well stocked with cleaning supplies and standard cooking ingredients. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We spent a lot of time on the large deck which had plenty of furniture. The downstairs suite was much appreciated by the young couple who had to work every morning. A previous review mentioned a musty odor downstairs but none was present during our stay. Great location. Walking distance to town. A short drive to the gorgeous beaches. There is a bike rental shop at the end of the street. We rented bikes and rode on the trails of the Cape Cod National Seashore about a ten minute bike ride away. The best! I would definitely return if given the opportunity and will recommend the house.

Vacation

Overall the place was very clean with the exception of the private quarters downstairs had a strong dark cent when we arrived. The smell was very apparent when she open the door to the downstairs I did inquire to the manager and he did send some air scent refreshers. I recommend that the rugs and sofa the area in the private quarters be thoroughly cleaned. It was explained to me that the rental is pet friendly however to me that does not give me that should smell like dogs or animals. The dishwasher is a bit fussy to get started and there is no instruction manual available so it would probably be a good idea to add a note along with the other informational. Things posted on the refrigerator. The stay was nice, and the place was very clean and a great location!

Cozy house in quiet neighborhood

Our group of five really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and quaint with a great back deck which was perfect for our morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and just short bike ride into town.

perfect family spot in p-town

The neighborhood was gorgeous and very quiet, but still close enough to easily access all there is to do in Provincetown and beyond. Three generations enjoyed the house, with grandparents having their own space on the lower level.

A great home for family & friends visiting ptown!

As a group of 6 adults we found this home to provide us with plenty of space and comfort - the layout afforded us the ability to spread out and still feel together as we grilled on the deck, hung out in the living room, or prepped for the beach. Close to a bike rental shop, this house is an easy bike ride into town or to the beaches, and is in a truly adorable neighborhood set behind the West End of Commercial. I recommend for anyone looking for space and convenience when visiting!

Good for people and pups

We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant, spacious house. The neighborhood is lovely and blessedly quiet, the location is great for town and beaches, and everyone in our party agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we'd ever slept on. Dog-friendly properties aren't always the best for people, but this one was great for humans as well as pups.

Beautiful Home

We stayed for a short time but really enjoyed the use of the home. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. With 3 teenagers we often fight over bathrooms and the 3 full baths on 3 separate levels allowed us to get ready much quicker and also spread out. The kitchen had all we could possibly needed. And the location was close enough where you could walk to town but also far enough away where it is very quiet so you could relax away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will be back if you will have us!

Great place for a larger group!

A well kept, pet-friendly property with private outside space enough beds and separate spaces for the whole family or troop of friends. Good location with off street parking (huge plus in PTown) in lovely upscale neighborhood and not as far from town as might seem at first - only about a 15 min-ish walk into the center of town - about the same to the various beach access points. The neighborhood streets are surprisingly not as well lighted as one would expect, so carry a flashlight for evening walks home. Full kitchen and laundry make for alternatives to eating out and having to over pack clothes for your stay.

Wonderful stay

This was our second time at this property. It’s great for a group of friends/family: close to town, but also a quiet retreat. Well equipped home, with everything we needed and wanted for a great week in PTown. Looking forward to staying a third time!

Great house, perfect location

This was a great house for 4 friends and a dog for a week. Perfect size for hanging out, cooking meals, and lots of outdoor space too. The location is quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Loved being able to get away from it all but still be close. Plenty of kitchen supplies, dishes, etc and having laundry was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay in Provincetown!

Very sweet and clean house in a convenient location that worked great for the four of us (two adults and two teenagers) plus our 4 month old puppy Oskar. The house had everything we needed and then some! Our younger son took over the lower floor little apartment with its own bed, my 16 year old stayed in the bedroom on the main floor, and my wife and I occupied one of the two bedrooms upstairs. Everything was super clean and the hosts were super responsive to all our questions and messages to them. The neighborhood is a place we know from prior visits to Provincetown and is about as optimal as you can get between being nice and private but at the same time only steps away from everything happening in Provincetown on Commercial Street. Just all incredibly convenient. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfy cozy place right in the middle of things but still with privacy and that is pet friendly!

We had a terrific vacation

We had the best vacation. John and Dan’s home was perfect for a week in Provincetown with the family. The house is beautiful. It’s clean and wonderfully furnished. All the bedding and linens were top notch. The kitchen was well stocked (it felt like being at home and not at a rental like so many other houses we’ve stayed at). The best part was working with Dan and John. They were responsive, available and helpful. We would have no reservations about coming back here.
