We had a great stay! It was a great location, the umbrella and chairs being included was a huge plus! Host was very responsive and kind. Clean and well kept! Will be back!

Been staying at various condo’s at the Maravilla since 1997 right after it opened. This one is absolutely perfect .. great location, 1st floor with parking right outside the door. All the furniture is super comfy including the bed .. I’m particular about shower and this one has great water pressure with a removable shower head.. the host was super attentive to our needs and responded promptly. Thank you for all the attention to detail in the condo.. which helped make for a super comfortable stay away from home!

Our stay was perfect! The room was clean and comfy, walk to the beach was perfect, close to lots of good restaurants. Having the beach chairs and umbrella already on the beach was perfect. Communication with the owner was also great! She was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. We will be back!

Farrah is an amazing host and got back to us immediately when questions were had. This is our 2nd time back at Maravilla and we just love this area. This unit was very clean and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Our third year staying at Maravilla and we loved this condo so much. It was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the plush towels and details that elevated the stay. We have 2 small kids. If you've never been to Destin, this location can't be beat. Close to the private beach, pool AND hot tub, quiet, ground level for easy walking, and more. Book this place! Farah was communicative and I was grateful that she answered my questions before booking.

Wonderful place

Will definitely recommend and we will book this condo again. Very clean and well equipped with everything we could of wanted to make meals. Quick 1 minute walk to the beach and the chair service was an added bonus. We used the pools and hot tub at night and it was so relaxing. Owner was very responsive and welcoming.

What a perfect vacation:) From initial booking, ease of arrival, the truly comfortable furniture, to the perfect walking location to beach… everything was truly great:) it was the first big girl mother daughter trip with my almost 20 year old daughter. Oh and the beach was perfect!!! So nice to not have to worry about finding a cabana and chairs since they are included:) We truly had the best time and will look forward to staying here again:)

Home Away From Home

This was our first time as a family staying in Destin and our stay did not disappoint. This condo was so close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed. It felt like our home away from home! We did have a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the condo above. This was not a big deal to us and the owner had someone come out and check things out. This was definitely not the owner’s fault and we were very understanding of this! We had a blast and can’t wait to make this a yearly vacation. This is a great condo to stay at! We highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect location and the cleanest toilets ever!

For any middle aged men reading this, let me just start with the most important thing: the toilets. They are those deep bowl models which comes in handy a few hours after an all-you-can-eat crab and shrimp dinner. No shallow bowls here that force you to stand up halfway through to avoid a ball slapper. Second, the toilets were IMMACULATE! Not a single spec of "debris" or water rings. Third, the toilet seat was wide and very comfortable - like a seat from a fatboy Harley. So comfy I took it for a spin three and four times a day. Now, the not so important stuff. The family loved the place. You could see the ocean from the back porch sitting area. The walk to the beach was 4 minutes sober, 8 half in the bag, 37 after a gummy. The free umbrella and 2 chairs was a GREAT selling point and we used it every day. There is plenty of food, entertainment, and golf courses within 10 minutes of the place. We will definitely stay here again. Side note - the place is a little older and is not in perfect condition, but why the hell do you go to the beach for a perfect counter top or faucets? Get a life. The queen bed was low to the ground and not the most comfortable but that's why they make beer, so you can go right to sleep and not worry about it. The back porch was amazing and worth a second mention.

We would return to this nicely furnished condo. Having a washer/dryer was a great help with a toddler. We loved the provided beach chair set up. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach attendants, especially Grant, were so helpful and nice. The hated access to Highway 98 helped us avoid the bumper to bumper beach road traffic.

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time. We rented bikes and enjoyed the perfect location of the condo to restaurants. Love to rent next year!
