Two big issues with the property listing. It states “ON THE BEACH”“This condo is a great place to relax in the sun with its beachfront location, ocean view, and beach towels.”This condo is not beachfront, and does not have an ocean view. The description is wrong. The host blamed VRBO. VRBO blamed the host. We finally got partial compensation from VRBO, but it took way more time than it should have to get compensated for the false listing information. As of today, 16 days after our arrival and 11 after our departure, the listing is still showing this as beachfront with ocean view. It has neither.

Exceptionally clean and family friendly!!!

I would highly recommend booking your vacation here. It was immaculately clean and a nice family friendly area. This is our second time staying at maravilla and we preferred this unit over the last for convenience for our family. We look forward to our next stay!!

Beautiful place

Great place to stay with a private beach and lots to do in the complex: pickle ball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, swimming, hot tub. Our condo had lots of things for the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable

We had a great stay at this property. The host was extremely communicative, the condo was just as described, and was one of the most well-stocked properties we’ve ever stayed in. My kids loved the green space behind the condo and all the toys on the patio. Would definitely rent again!

Great Visit Great Place

Checking instructions were great. House was clean and exactly what the picture showed. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! Close to everything you could need. Walk to beach approximately 2 mi. Loved your stay!

Great experience

We had a great experience with Quarts Sandz. Communication throughout the entire process was clear and consistent, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The unit we received matched exactly what we booked and was provided at the agreed price with no surprises. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. All the promised amenities were available and in excellent condition, which really added to the overall stay. On top of that, the checkout process was simple and hassle-free. Overall, everything was handled professionally, and we would definitely recommend Quarts Sandz.

Nice and clean condo with a lot of beach/pool accessories. Owners responded quickly and kindly to any issue that we had. Great place to stay.

Amazing!

Communication was top notch and the house was so nice! It has everything to make it feel like home away from home! Great location from the beach and pool/pickleball area! Definitely loved it and would recommend to anyone!

This condo was close to all the restaurants and shops that we enjoy.

The condo was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The only draw back was not being allowed to have golf carts.

Great stay!

We had a great stay despite bad weather (thank you Hurricane Francine). We were able to make the quick walk to the beach to take advantage of the chairs and umbrellas most days. And the condo is very comfortable if you need to spend some time indoors as we had to on other days. It is also located very close to lots of family entertainments and shopping when you want to do something else. Highly recommend!

Great vacation spot

We stayed at Maravilla rm 1112. Wonderful and clean condo! That's saying a lot since I'm a bit of a germaphobe. A great place to bring the family since there is so much to do in the area. The weather was not great, but we still found things to do.

Summer Vacation

The condo was perfect for my family. The condo was clean, comfortable, roomy and welcoming. The white sandy beaches are beautiful. The condo had all the amenities needed for a fantastic stay. The informational binder helped out greatly with dinner suggestions as well as local activities. The kitchen met our needs for daily breakfast and the occasional dinner prep. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting an unforgettable summer beach vacation.

Great place!

We loved staying here! Such an easy walk to the beach and liked it was on the main floor. Came with a wagon and pool toys which were needed with our littles. We did wish it had a pack n play provided but it all worked out.
