Nice house

We had a nice time at the house. Great location. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the Boathouse, swimming and beach area.

Nice property in a quiet area.

This was the first visit to SW FL for our family of four. The property is dated but comfortable, spacious, and appears just as the pictures show. The area quiet, feels safe, and is conveniently located to popular area beaches. Check in was a little rocky and it took an hour to reach the owner but then our needs were met.

Nice property

Our vacation was off to a rough start, Unfortunately the house was not clean when we got there and the AC didn’t work. However Angel did work quickly to get someone over to clean and also had someone come fix the AC. We’re all human and mistakes happen, she was quick with solutions and also reimbursed some of our stay. The area is also beautiful and we overall had a nice trip.

A nice place to stay!

I stayed here with my family and another family. There were 7 of us and we all fit comfortably in the house. The locations is great, in a nice/safe neighborhood, not far from the main commercial road in town which has everything you might need. We drove to Sanibel one afternoon and it took us a little over 30 mins. There are some other closer beaches as well. The house itself could use a little updating, but overall was nice especially the screened-in porch. There were a few minor issues. There was no soap in one bathroom, so we had to take some from the other one. Also, we set off the alarm like 2-3 times. We never intentionally set the alarm, so we’re not sure how this happened. Maybe it was armed remotely by the host? And, finally, some of the electrical outlets were loose and didn’t work well for phone chargers, etc. We communicated with the host via the app and she was friendly and responsive. We were in town for a youth soccer tournament and the normal check-out conflicted with my son’s final soccer match, but the host was nice enough to give us a slightly late checkout to accommodate us. This was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.

Its a good experience in general but we had some issues with alarm system. I recommend to write more info about appliances. Thanks for everything .

Perfect for a girls get away

We wanted a beach vacation and this house was perfect! Very close to everything, the beach was not far and perfect for us, the Boathouse resturant was perfect for drinks on the beach or lunch/dinner. Close enough to hit other places like Ft. Myers beach, or Sanibel, which was not too far at all. Beds were extremely comfortable as was the living room. Had one small plumbing problem and Angel was on it right away without any further problems. Thank you for a very relaxing vacation!

Beautiful, close to beach, family friendly,

Very clean, updated, comfortable, convenient to beaches and stores. The beds were comfortable, rooms accommodated 8 comfortably. The bathrooms were clean, good water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean. The small niceties provided like travel size toiletries, a few spices, full cook ware, washer and dryer, everything a family needs to feel comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The canal is stunning and every view out of the house is beautiful. Nice area. 1 tv meant lots of family time together. We enjoyed everything. Thank you.

House not worth the price

Only one tv In whole house didn’t accommodate kids well like said Bugs in fridge when we arrived Bug and mouse traps everywhere Grass was no cut Host didn’t explain alarm system, it went off in the middle of first night and couldn’t get in touch with her till hours later Overall experience not worth the $1600-1800 charged
