This luxury condominium home has three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, new 50" flat-screen TVs, super-fast high speed wireless internet. Spacious open concept luxury living room with king sofa sleeper, dining area, additional ½ bath, wet bar, and kitchen with all the modern amenities.

Finishes include Viking appliances, Carrera marble countertops, gas lanterns, coral stone and heart pine flooring, oversized showers with intricate tile work and glass enclosures, arched openings, a private outdoor courtyard, and a covered off-street parking space.

Parking for additional vehicles: Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block. You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone

The first destination offering for Whitman Holdings would be the Whitman collection in Savannah, Georgia, we have attached a link to the Whitman collection of Savannah website to help you understand the portfolio's relationship to different locations within the three historical zone and the uniqueness that each individual property brings to the marketplace. The advantage of the Whitman collection is it allows the buyer to choose where and what part of that Savannah history that they want to be in the middle of.

The next destination of Whitman Holdings is the Whitman Cottages in St. Augustine, Florida.

The Whitman Cottages of St. Augustine are a collection of cottages dating back to the early settlement of the St. Augustine that have been fully renovated into two bedroom cottages under the supervision of the St. Augustine Historical Preservation Board. The cottages include full kitchens, recently renovated bathrooms, washers, dryers and flat screen TVs with individual internet service.

The cottages also include a parking space per bedroom, a three bedroom house available for rent that can be used for larger family memories, and the courtyard of the cottages has a pool available for guest recreation.

The cottages are within easy and walking distance to downtown St. Augustine plus close proximity to other services and stores expected from a premier vacation ownership location.
