What a great stay

Very comfortable home with just about anything you could need. Great mattress, furniture, fully stocked & upgraded kitchen. Made it a point to be back at the cabin each evening for sunset at the fire table. Bobby made check in & check out a breeze, gave us lots of info upfront. Definitely will return.

We Enjoyed Our Fall Hiking Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views and very well suppled. Clean and comfortable. Me and my husband did many hikes in the area. There are smaller hikes very close to the property as well. Magnificant Fall Colrs. The timing was perfect!

Wonderful Respite

This was an absolutely wonderful break from the summer heat. We spent a week cooking, going for short hikes within the community, and basking in the stunning mountain views from the deck. Check out the website for the country club, as it lists a couple of dozen additional hikes that are within the Wolf Laurel boundaries. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Sprucing up

The cabin has been renovated inside and is very comfortable and clean. The view is fantastic. The outside deck could use a little sprucing up. We really enjoyed the rockers sitting on the new outdoor rug. Overall, with amenities included, we recommend this cabin for a mountain vacation.

View for Miles

The cabin is in a tranquil ski resort. The road is mainly a paved, mountain road until the last part of the drive up to the cabin which was a single gravel road. I had no problem driving it- I am from flat Florida with a Jeep compass. The cabin was perfect size, and I was super impressed on how clean it was. More then enough amenities such as toilet paper , paper towels etc. With sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and living room - you can see the view in every room. Wonderful deck with rocking chairs to relax and watch the sun go down every evening. Seen deers and chipmunks around the cabin and in the resorts. Had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful spot - would 100% recommend!

Lovely little rustic place in Wolf Laurel, NC mountains. Not far from Asheville makes this location even better. 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite baths. Small living area with very well appointed kitchen (5 stars there!). Some check in date confusion with VBRO made a rough start to the vacation but Bobby the property manager did his best to make it up. The sunset views are lovely. Lots to do -- great hiking. Would 100% recommend & we'll definitely be back.

Beautiful and secluded retreat

Not far away from Asheville but remote enough to rewind and recharge. We enjoyed the hiking trails and the beautiful sunset from the back porch.

A view to remember

Lovely cabin, clean, well equipped. Perfect for 2 couples.Loads of detailed information about the property and “what to dos” in the area was so much appreciated. Access to the club was an added feature and the golf is insane, in a good way. The views are what makes this place an absolute gem. Stunning sunsets from the back porch! A perfect respite after some great hiking. Would love to visit again!

Yes the golf is insane, a true mountain 18 hole golf course, totally private, not open to the public, you must be an invited guest, and guests who rent this property are invited guests with access to the Wolf Laurel Country Club, the Village Club amenities, golf, tennis, pool, exclusive access to hiking trails in the gates of Wolf Laurel Resort. Wonderful getaway in gated community

We really enjoyed our stay and there were so many activities within the resort. We golfed, rode horses, used the workout facilities and did a ton of hiking! Great visit!

Yes Jen, there is alot to do right inside the gates of Wolf Laurel Resort. So happy you enjoyed the Wolf Laurel Country Club, the stables in the community, and yes the dozens of hiking trails inside the community.

Peaceful trip
