This 2 bedroom house is perfect for small families or couples. The house is located a quarter mile off HWY 101 and minutes away from the local grocery store & hardware store. It’s a perfect spot to stay for those traveling to explore local rivers, beaches and national and state parks. It is on a 1.5 acre lot with a beautiful view of fields. There’s 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), full bathroom with tub, living area with tv, 2 large sofas and a recliner. No access to washer & dryer on site but there is a laundromat less than 1 block away.

Place was clean. Stayed with my 23 year old son and it was perfect. Host responded to my questions right away. We had no problems during our stay. Check in was super easy. A great stay!

This was a great location. It’s close to everything. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great with lots of hot water. The house is pretty old. There’s nothing in the kitchen as far as cookware. The towels had a terrible smell.

Communication good, but didn't respond when I asked for late checkout. The house was clean but kinda...moist I guess, but might just be because it was older. If you just need a place to crash it was fine though.

For 330 per night this did not meet our expectations. The home was quite old, the amenities were sparse, and it wasn't a very comfortable stay for our family. There was no A/C, which we knew, but it was quite hot and there was only one fan that barely blew any air. There was one butter knife in the kitchen and it's the first place that we have stayed in that didn't have any extra pillows or bedding, extra towels, etc. One the plus side, the beds were comfortable. The owner didn't send us the door code so we had to call her for it. She answered and gave it to us right away but it was a hassle in an an area that doesn't have great cell coverage. I had seen a review with the same comment so it sounds like it's not just a fluke if it happens enough to hit the reviews multiple times. Overall, it wouldn't take much effort to make the stay more comfortable by stocking the kitchen with more essentials, more bedding or blankets, est. Especially for that kind of price point. We've stayed in significantly nicer places for less per night.

Upon arrival, we quickly realized the home was not as clean as we would’ve anticipated, but it does seem like an older home. There were stains on the bathroom ceilings and on the mattress in the queen bedroom, which we found when the sheet lifted up and we realized there was no mattress protector on. Lots of dust everywhere on shelves and when we dropped something and looked under the bed, there was a thick layer of dust/crumbs. The king bed did have a mattress protector and seemed clean enough. It could be drafty, was pretty chilly at night, but we also didn’t make use of the heat available in the room. Kitchen utensils were not clean. There were a handful of clean spaces including inside of the fridge, the bathroom/towels were clean, as well as clean floors. Check-in and check-out was straightforward and easy. This is certainly a stay where you get what you pay for, it’s a no frills space.
