Luxury accommodations , a big tropical backyard with huge pool and a desirable location make this a vacation dream home! This house was built in 1963 and has been lovingly restored with lots of upgrades while maintaining a mid century style.
Situated a mile from the intracoastal bridge, you will enjoy the beach breezes without the traffic congestion and crowds. The beach is a 5 minute drive away and the house is stocked with all the beach gear you need. We have bikes for you to ride to the beach or to take a trip on the Pinellas Trail.
The lush backyard has a huge covered lanai, outdoor kitchen and salt system pool, heated in winter months. Fully fenced and gated parking pad can accommodate a boat or RV. Enjoy fun outdoor activities like corn hole, croquet and giant jenga. There is plenty of room to run around and play and many shady areas to sit and relax. Kid and dog friendly. You will feel like in your own personal tropical resort!
Inside, you will find a turn-key home with quality furniture, comfortable bedding and a well appointed kitchen. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a flexible space in the sunroom that can serve as a fourth bedroom. There are two fold out beds suitable for small children.
All five TVs are smart TVs with DirectTV, Netflix and Disney plus. Living room tv is 70 inches and there is a tv in every bedroom as well as out on the lanai. High speed WiFi inside and on lanai, TVs are hardwired to the internet. Library of books, games, and dvds for your enjoyment.

The Best Stay

House & Host Anya were perfect! We have never stayed at a more accommodating place! Beautiful parks in Largo! Our dogs loved it! Anya even has a cabinet with pup supplies! Pool is heated & amazing! Perfect stay & can't wait to go back!!

Quiet Getaway

The house was perfectly located. Close enough to walk to a grocery store but yet far enough away from the busy highways which made it peaceful and quiet. Extremely clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Trip to remember

Anya is a wonderfully gracious host. She was extremely accommodating and kind. We loved the house and we will hold memories of our stay there forever. It was a very special time for my family. You won’t go wrong if you stay at this amazing home.

Wonderful spot

The place was loaded with stuff for our toddler! Pool was heated, which was a plus. Everything was clean and well supplied. Contact with our host was prompt and helpful. The location is perfect for young kids. Plenty of great parks nearby, close to groceries and a short ride to the beach. I would definitely like to go back!

Paradise

This is our second time staying at Anya’s beautiful home and have already booked for next year. This home and Anya’s hospitality has set the bar for us and this is the only place we can stay coming to Florida. Everything is perfect here, the home, property, pool, gorgeous landscapes, the neighbourhood, proximity to the many beautiful beaches of Indian Rocks, great restaurants and shopping. Only a half hour to Tampa for hockey games, twenty minutes to Dunedin for Blue Jays spring training and a couple hours to Orlando for concerts. Anya is so lovely and her communication is top notch and her employees are as well. We highly recommend Anya’s beautiful home.

Largo Paradise

It is hard to articulate just how wonderful this property and owner are. We just spent a glorious month in paradise! The home (which looks gorgeous in photos) is even better in reality. Every morning we got up to beautiful birdsong and our first coffee by the pool, set amidst gorgeous palms, large trees, flowering shrubs, and fragrant flowering Jasmine. The beds are so comfortable and the house has every amenity you can imagine or ever need, just bring your clothes. Having a washer and dryer was such a bonus for us as a family gone for a month. The house is so beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and paintings. Anya has thought of everything. All you need is close by, grocery stores, farm market, meat market, liquor stores, shopping and a great coffee shop, Haus. This home is so close to everything, but also situated in a lovely, quiet and well maintained neighbourhood. We enjoyed so many great restaurants both in Largo and on Gulf Blvd. ten minutes away. Also the beach at Indian Rocks is a must to see the spectacular sunsets. We spent every day in the lovely large pool, so clean and just the perfect temperature. Our daughter and son in law took advantage of the bikes in the garage and Anya had everything needed for our 9 month old granddaughter. The neighbourhood is very safe for walking dogs and babies! Our golden retriever was living her best life in that beautiful big backyard with the huge grassy area and the pool. Anya was super helpful, communication could not have been better, she is an amazing host. Her delightful son TomTom, was always eager to help with anything and Arthur the pool guy was entertaining and a wealth of information…and kept the pool sparkling clean! On our second day in the house we booked for next year, the thought of waiting and it being gone was unimaginable! Best rental ever!

We loved, loved, loved this gorgeous property, which is even better than it appears in photos, super location close to the beach. It has everything you need and then some for a peaceful, relaxing stay, including an enormous back yard if you’re traveling with your dog. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We can’t wait to rent this one again.

Paradise

This house has everything you need for your stay. We came to Florida for my son’s beach wedding. We traveled with our dogs and they enjoyed running in the yard. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor living space and pool. The house was very clean! Book this house if you are interested. You won’t regret it!

Great House with pool

I would recommend this home! Spacious home and great pool and yard. If you have kids, they have anything you need for beach, pool, etc. Host was very accommodating. Just a short drive to the beach.

Another holiday in Paradise

This was our third stay at Anya’s beautiful home. We had such a wonderful holiday, enjoying the beautiful clean pool, going to the beach and checking out all the great restaurants, everything is so close by but you still feel surrounded by solitude. This home has everything you could ever need and more. The property is gorgeous, with beautiful lush gardens and lots of space for games in the huge back yard. Plenty of bikes for the whole family. Anya is such a wonderful host, she bends over backwards to ensure everything is taken care of and more. We all really look forward to our holiday here next winter!

Unbelievably hospitable

Stay was just as advertised, house was immaculate, and can't say enough God things about property owner. We had a family gathering and she made sure not only it went smoothly but also was incredibly considerate towards any requests we had. Would stay again, anytime.

Amazing 2022 family vacation!

The owner truly went above and beyond for us! This property was perfect for our family vacation. The pool and lanai were the best hang out spots for us all. Lots of beaches to visit close by and fun things to do.

Wonderfully Relaxing - Back Yard Oasis! Exceeded Expectations.

Our priorities when booking this property were backyard pool, pet friendly, spacious, clean, close to a variety of locations. This VRBO checked all the boxes and exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room in all the spaces of the house. The backyard was incredible - sooo relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, grilling and just sitting outside reading. Adults, teens, the dog - everyone was comfortable. The Haus coffee shop was perfect for an AM bike ride. Publix is super close. Indian Rocks beach was easily a 5 minute drive. Honeymoon Island State Park was a fabulous beach option for our dog (about 30 minutes away). Our teens even enjoyed a day at Busch Gardens (about 45 minutes away). The house was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Our host thought of everything - even many things we didn't think of! Truly one of the most comfortable spaces I have stayed in through VRBO for a week long vacay. Thank you for a great experience. We would choose this VRBO again if we returned to the area.

Birthday bash

We celebrated our granddaughter 15th birthday with friends and family. Small group and we are all locals from FL. The experience was outstanding. From a gorgeous property filled with any vacation dreams expectations. Poll, outside kitchen with BBQ, lots of room, fully set kitchen and more. Set 5 mins from the beach and anything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants...) Anya the owner was very helpful always in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time and definitely will recommend to anyone. Marisol and family

AMAZING!!!!

We cannot say enough about this home and the owner! This home is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The home has everything you need or want for the cooking and grilling, for backyard pool-relaxing-volleyball-cornhole-giant jenga fun, a day on a boat or on the beach...they have it all. If you have pets they will love it too!

Amazing property

We visited with our adult children, their spouses and our 3 grandsons ranging in age from 4 to 10 months. The property could not have been more perfect. The interior was clean and inviting and there isn’t a single amenity they didn’t provide. The pool, lounge area and outdoor kitchen was perfect! Anya and her crew are amazing to work with and incredibly responsive! (They allowed us to drop our luggage off early, pick up the pack and play for the baby and even ran out to get sheets for the pack and play - above and beyond.) As we love this area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation

Property was wonderful and the host was very helpful and easy to talk to. The pictures on line were just what the house was. Would stay there again without thinking about it. We all loved the pool and the games at the house kept us all busy and having fun.

Serene and beautiful!

I am so appreciative of everything that Anya put in to this property. We came down and we’re SHOCKED at how gorgeous this property was. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is very close that you could need (I.e Walmart and Publix) and the beach has easy access. The pool is warm. The bed are comfortable. I am so thankful we chose this VRBO for our big experience! Thank you so much.

Private oasis

We are so happy we found this home on VRBO. It was perfect for our family gathering of kids and grandkids. The beds are very comfortable and linens smelled so fresh. Anya has made sure you have every thing you need and more. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and spices. So many paper products were supplied. Pool toys, bikes for all ages, board games, legos. We spent hours in the pool and played some pretty wicked volleyball in the back yard. The outdoor area was great for watching the NCAA tournament. I thought I would miss being directly on the beach but we were having to much fun in our private oasis. Indian Rocks beach and many great restaurants are only a mile away. Two weeks just wasn’t long enough.

Largo Vaca

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, clean home. It’s location is perfect for visiting the many parks and beaches in the Clearwater- St Petersburg area. We especially enjoyed the large pool and patio set up for entertainment. Anya and Tom made sure our visit was perfect and we’ll definitely come back next year!
