Updated Guest House in Beaufort Historic District--Walkable to Front Street!

Cozy, private, redecorated guest cottage just three blocks from Front Street! The former studio footprint of the cottage was expanded in 2024 to add a twin-bedded bedroom! Clean and modern with a kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower. The cottage sleeps two in twin beds under a vaulted ceiling. The kitchenette contains a sink, microwave, under-counter fridge, K-cup coffee maker and toaster oven. The house has its own porch so you can sit in the rockers and enjoy the lovely, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants on the waterfront. Located behind the owner's house. For the comfort of our guests, this is a strictly nonsmoking property. No pets allowed.

Great little place

Property is in a great location to enjoy downtown Beaufort. And it was nice to have offstreet parking. Everything was as advertised and our stay in Beaufort was delightful.

Great Short Getaway

This property was one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. Good location, 8-10 minute walk to the heart of Front Street. Property owner was great with communication, highly recommend.

Easy downtown Beaufort

Really great stay with Bruce and Margaret, the guest house was the perfect situation for myself and my 15 year-old son with the 2 single beds. Very quiet, very casual, and our hosts made sure our stay was just right! Super easy access to all the downtown Beaufort has to offer. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus!

another great stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It was newly expanded and is so cute! The twin beds are comfortable and it is well decorated and very clean. It is super quiet at night and Beaufort is a beautiful town to explore.

The place was amazingly clean and very nicely decorated. The couple that owned the home wete suoet kind. We enjoyed our stay . We hope to come back again sometime.

Perfect for two

Nice residential area and cottage very private and well done. Had everything we needed with comfortable beds. Appreciated how we had a parking place close to the cottage. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a delightful stay at the Updated Guest House. The reservation process was easy peasy. Check-in and check-out could not have been any easier.
