The property itself is beautiful. I traveled with my wife and our two boys (16 and 13), and we had plenty of space—never felt like we were on top of each other. The home was extremely clean and stocked to the gills with everything we needed and even things we didn’t expect. The proximity to both the beach and the bay was incredible.

Beautiful family friendly townhome steps from the beach! The home is exceptionally well equipped with everything a family would need for a beach vacation. The unit itself is very clean and modern. We were able to comfortably accommodate our party of six — three adults and three kids. Communication was outstanding and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend.

Awesome location! A few minutes to the beach, even less to the bay, and they have everything you need (beach towels, toys, bikes, boogie boards, wagons, etc.). We were at the beach every day of our stay because it was so convenient.I would definitely keep this one on my list for when we come back to San Diego. The house is very nice! Parking in the garage is a 2 person job, but that’s the same with pretty much all the houses in the area.

Property was awesome! Great place for a family. Alex was great to deal with and had great communication with us throughout our stay. The property is in a great location for bay and beach! We definitely would stay here again!

My husband and our four kids had the best time. The house was spotless, had everything we needed and was in a great location! We would, definitely, stay here again.

Enjoyed a long week in a top-level condo in a great location, with everything included, even bikes, beach gear and an EV charger so you can charge at night instead of losing week-end time at a busy supercharger!

Great family memory

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is modern and beautiful and is set in a great location. The host is very welcoming and the home was supplied with everything we needed. Walking distance to the bay or the beach. Our family had a great vacation!!!

Great property, great location, great owner/manager

Very new and exceptionally well-stocked and well-maintained house nicely situated a few houses in either direction to Mission Bay or the Pacific Ocean (and beach boardwalk). Centrally located so easy drive to San Diego sites in all directions.

A+ location and property

Best stocked property we have ever stayed.. our stay was so enjoyable. From the sound machines in every room to the luxurious wine glasses this property spared no expenses to have their guests spoil themselves! I definitely would recommend this property.

Great for families!

We loved our stay. The property was well stocked with beach toys and kitchen equipment and the location was great! We walked along the beach each morning and got fresh coffee, juice and bakery treats from local businesses - all within a short walk! The hosts were great - very thoughtful and responsive. We highly recommend this place!

This place was fabulous! Location was perfect. You can walk to the beach or the bay, walk to restaurants and Starbucks (you’ll understand if you have a teenage daughter…lol). The house was clean and had everything we needed. Alex is a great host with great communication. We will definitely be back.

This was easily one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. It was incredibly clean and cozy and immediately felt like home. Alex was also amazing: super responsive, helpful, professional, and genuinely kind.The garage is definitely a tight squeeze, as Alex warns you ahead of time, but the instructions and advice they provided made it totally manageable and way less stressful than I expected. If you have a bigger car, just pay attention to the instructions and you’ll be fine!They really thought of everything here. The beach amenities were such a nice bonus: bikes, towels, a wagon, umbrella, and more, and everything was clean and well kept. There were extra towels and blankets, tons of comfortable seating areas, coffee supplies, and a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and everything you’d need to cook. Did we cook on vacation? Absolutely not. But I appreciated having the option.It was the small details that really impressed me. They even had white noise machines in the bedrooms. Our bedroom remote ran out of batteries one night, and sure enough, there were backup batteries waiting for us. That pretty much sums up this place. Every time we thought we might need something, they had already thought of it.Such a comfortable, thoughtful, well-kept place to stay. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay!

We love visiting San Diego and now have found our spot. Having a modern space with a garage and walking distance to everything is hard to come by at the beach… this delivered and some. I also appreciated Alex’s communication and a welcome card and gift for us and the kids. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!

Perfect base for a family stay Great amenities, everything you need is incldued, great location with super quick beach and bay access. Garage is great, with a level 2 EV charger!

Great town home in a great location. So close to the beach and the bay. The home was very clean and comfortable. The owner was great, quick to respond and provided excellent information about the home and the area. Believe what he says about parking in the garage, it is a tight fit. Best vacation rental experience Ive ever had. House was stocked really well with everything you could need. Lots of beach toys for the lids, bikes, great setup for cooking. Iwe didnt lack for anything

Terrific Townhouse

Beautiful townhome, clean and accurately displayed in listing photos. Owner (Alex) very responsive and helpful. Great location- lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance and centrally located to enjoy all the SD area has to offer. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house in mission beach

This house was perfect for our family of four. Great location with an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Alex was great at communicating with us before and during our trip. The garage is a tight fit so make sure you get a small suv or car. Would definitely stay here again!

spring break

great place to stay for spring break! close to beach and nice clean property. easy contact with owner and everything was just as it should be for a long stay. well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. my kids had an awesome spring break. and the street was very aesthetic for teenage girl photos :)
