The apartment is well appointed, it's a short walk from the beach and restaurants are very variety from reasonable to high end and mostly walkable within 5 to 20 minutes . And being able to park onsite was a big plus.the hole property is well maintained it would have been nice to have AC but not a deal breaker even given that our visit was in a heat wave .

Wonderful stay at a great location!

Would definitely stay here again. Only criticism is the sofa was not comfortable at all and would love different pillow options.

Santa Barbara get away

The property is nice and the location was good. We enjoyed walking to many places and at night it was quiet.

Check in and out was very easy. It was very clean and within walking distance to the beach and downtown area. It would be nice if there were a couple beach chairs to take to the beach but definitely not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, State Street, bike rentals. The apartment was well stocked, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Check in was nice and easy. Great proximity to "Funk Zone" for resturants, bars, and shops. Great walking proximity to a beach but the nicer beaches for sitting & swimming are a bike or drive away. Would have loved if beach chairs were provided

Great location

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway! We were walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go (State St., the beach, great restaurants, and more). The check in process was smooth and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely book again!

We had a lovely time at the apartment. Appreciated that it was very quiet & serene. I would have liked to receive the checkin info a bit earlier. Overall a wonderful stay. Everything about the apartment is quiet which we liked & very close to beach oriented activities.
