There is nothing better than our Santa Barbara weather! This property is perfect because you can enjoy the weather while walking to all the local attractions and come back and relax outside!

As property managers we pride ourselves on providing all our guest with quality service from the time of the booking and beyond. We believe in a quick response time whether you have a questions about the booking or upon arrival. The flow of the home makes it feel like. a home away from home! We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and look froward to having you back in our amazing town.

Our guests and their feedback mean everything to us as well as their experience! Unfortunately, this guest was unhappy prior to their arrival and tried to cancel last minute. We are sad to see they have decided to take this frustration out in a review but have alerted vrbo. The photos of the home are accurate and amenities are listed. It's always hard for our team (family owned and operated) and the property owner (local owner), that work so hard to make guests satisfied at all of our properties, choose to say inaccurate things. Also for future guests to note, we are also the only company in town that uses the same linen service the high end hotels use in town. Everything is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the highest grade sheets, towels, etc they offer as well! This historic building is a treasured property and centrally located. Built in 1943 and well-maintained and upgraded over the years, it's character and amenities and free off street parking make it a great value!

The home is equipped with a high efficiency A/C unit that guests have enjoyed so we are not sure if you saw it in the living room? The good part is A/C is rarely needed in our coastal town however, we provide this as well as all rooms have ceiling fans for those rare hotter days so everyone is comfortable! Hard to believe but about 80% of homes and even many hotels in SB do not have A/C! Thank you again for your positive review. We hope you will come back and visit. Because this property is rented on a monthly basis, it requires a considerable amount of cleaning and care so each guest has a wonderful experience, definitely not a hotel room. We actually pride ourselves on the low rates and no reservation or booking fees for our company which others charge. Please do come back and visit in the future

The property owner cares deeply about all guest experiences and we immediately went to the home today and noticed the dimmer for the chandelier was in the down position. The switch plates are different with the brightness adjusted with a small bracket that goes up and down after the light is turned on.
