Two couples stayed 3 nights at this house. This was our second stay, and each time we were pleased with the accommodations. Very clean, and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

The home itself is dated but I could tell the owners tried to update furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, pans, etc. I sent the owner a few suggestions and they seemed to welcome my effort. Bathrooms were small but that is due to the age of the home. All in all, the location was wonderful and I would especially recommend the home to families.

Great place to stay

We stayed for Thanksgiving week and found the house to be perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable and included everything we needed.

Great location with several towns nearby for dinner and drinks. Great that each bedroom had bathrooms. Kayaks for lake adventures. Large communal area for watching football or movies.

Came with friends for the Lucy and Desi Museum. Plenty of room, well equipped only wish we came when it was a little watmer

Great spot for families

This was a great location for skiing and was very versatile for our group with three kids and 5 adults. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication with our host. This is a charming little home. Meets our needs, 4 friends traveling to Erie for the wine harvest weekend, great to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Other than wonky internet (we weren’t there that much so it was no big deal) our stay was perfect!

Glad we stayed here. It was perfect for our family. Having 4 bathrooms and bedrooms was great. Very nice neighborhood. Hope to stay again sometime.

The house is very nice. The house is very clean and had most everything we needed. A crock pot would be a good thing to add to the kitchen. Not a big deal but wanted to do a crock pot meal and weren't able to. The 2 bedrooms downstairs had full size beds in small rooms. There were no dressers and the closet has a lot of stuff in it. Very little room to put your clothes. Loved that each of the 4 bedrooms had a bathroom. We had a great time and loved the area. We went to the beach at Barcellona Lighthouse which was about 15 minutes away. Lake Chataqua is mainly private for swimming. There are 2 public beaches but they didn't have lifeguards so we couldn't swim there. We did kayak from the launch at the end of the street. That was very easy accessible. Larry's Tavern in Westfield is a must stop. Everyone is so nice there. Brazill's on Main was our best "eat out" meal. All in all a great trip. We'd definitely come back again.

perfect getaway for family get together

For the price, you can't beat the place to stay at with a large family. We had multi generational group that included 5 adults and 2 kids. There was something to do for all ages and neat places nearby for the entire family.

Great place and location

Mayville Lake House

We had an excellent stay. It was great that all 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom. We enjoyed the deck, firepit (until the rain came), and foosball table.

Nice place

Enjoyed our stay. Spend alot of time out on the lake. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the whole family.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. 4 full bathrooms was wonderful. Had all the amenities you would need. The host was very accommodating. Even came to help plow us out when it snowed.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for a family get away. The house was plenty big and the kids loved the game room. They also enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The house was located close to Erie & Buffalo and the neighborhood was quiet.
