This was a beautiful property and well-maintained cabin. We very much enjoyed our stay here! Hosts provided lots of amenities and were great communicators.

Beautiful cabin

This is by far the best VRBO we ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at a lot of places! Very clean, quiet, comfortable and close to lots of activities. We would definitely stay there again.

The owners are absolutely lovely!!! Very accommodating. The home was clean, had everything we needed plus a little homemade treat for us, and so relaxing! You won’t be sorry for booking at the Little Ponderosa!!!

Great place to stay. Very quiet. The hosts were excellent.

We had a great experience at the cabin. We were in Knoxville for softball and it rained most of the weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Beautiful location and close to so many great places to visit. We were able to see downtown Knoxville, maryville, the foothills, and Ijams nature center. We loved our cabin kitty and enjoyed the hot tub.

It was a great getaway. Clean, fully equipped, comfortable. The yard games were fun. The barn kitties were adorable and loving, the property was nice and quiet. So private, yet, so close to downtown and everywhere else.

Great place to stay

We were in town for the seaa world series and this property was perfect for us. My family and I including two dogs really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and relaxing place to unwind and enjoy. Easy drive to pigeon forge and gatilinburg from here. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed Lil Ponderosa because it was spotless and we felt at home immediately. We slept well in the king sized bed that is super comfortable. The location is in between Maryville and Knoxville which worked perfectly for our trip. We can’t wait to stay on the property again. Great experience.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time both staying in the cabin and exploring the surrounding area. This was our third stay here and I am certain we will be back in the future. This area is a nature lover’s dream…very serene and relaxing.

Serene Cabin Retreat

This property including grounds and cabin are amazing. It is conveniently located near the city but you feel worlds away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This was a much needed getaway with family to relax, make memories and appreciate nature!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ponderosa Cabins! The beautiful, peaceful environment makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy time away. The cabins are located in a safe, quiet, gated community and are exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and having our morning coffee on the porch while taking in the peaceful surroundings—it was such a lovely way to begin the day.There is so much to enjoy without ever leaving the property. The fishing ponds and walking trails are wonderful, and the area is especially nice if you are traveling with dogs. We loved being able to get outside, walk, explore, and simply enjoy the beautiful setting.The location is another big plus. It is convenient to Knoxville, the university, golf, shopping, and downtown activities, while still giving you the feeling of being tucked away in a quiet retreat.Inside, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare a family dinner and enjoy time together without having to go out for every meal.The hosts were welcoming and friendly, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We felt comfortable, cared for, and right at home.Ponderosa Cabins gave us the best of both worlds—peace and quiet when we wanted to relax, and easy access to plenty of things to do when we wanted to venture out. We had so much fun and made wonderful memories here. We would happily stay again and definitely recommen
