It was perfect for our needs. We walked to several nice restaurants, enjoyed the kayaks & paddleboards, bikes and golfcart. The houseboat was super cute and so much better than a traditional hotel. It had everything we could have needed (and more). We even played some board games in the evening. We also were so happy to be able to bring along our small dog, too.Thank you very much.

Loved this place. The location was spot‑on, and the houseboat itself was super clean and comfortable. We spent so much time on the balcony and the deck — the views were incredible. The kayaks and golf cart were awesome extras and made everything even more fun. Truly a great stay, and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay! The top party deck was amazing to sit out on at night and watch the games!!! Enjoyed being able to walk along the river and so close to downtown yet quiet and peaceful! House is as described and was squeaky clean! We will stay here again when we travel to Knoxville!!

Fun little weekend, we stayed o the boat and went to the football game... wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the houseboat!! The host was incredibly responsive when our travel plans changed!!

Unique Knoxville Experience

First time in Knoxville and first time living on a Houseboat. Had an amazing weekend, just wish the weather would have cooperated a little better. Great location, close to downtown

Guys Weekend

The houseboat provided a unique place to stay for a guys weekend in Knoxville. The houseboat was very clean and well stocked in case you forgot anything. Use of the golf cart is a definite plus for loading and unloading cars from the parking area.

FUN Experience

Wife and I always wanted to stay on a houseboat, and this one was a great way to to set the tone for the unique experience. Overall the houseboat, amenities, and location were terrific!
