Spacious home apartment in park like setting

Welcome to this beautiful 900 square foot daylight basement apartment with 9' ceilings. This spacious apartment is on the lower level of the main house. It is completely separate with its own covered entrance. Located in South Bellingham within minutes to parks, trails, beaches, shopping and WWU. Galbraith trailheads are 2.3 miles away for those who enjoy mountain biking. For walking, hiking or running we have many options including Lake Padden, Whatcom Falls, Interurban Trail, and Boulevard Park all within minutes of our home.

Our family resides above the apartment with our own separate entrance. With a simple call or text during your stay we can assist with any questions or issues you have. We understand if you require your privacy and we will make sure to accommodate. We hope you enjoy your stay in this neighborhood that provides both privacy and a wide array of access to Bellingham's small town amenities.

Excellence property and convenient location. Easiest checkin and check out. Ample parking in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment that had everything we needed and well maintained. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in town.

Our experience was consistent with other reviews. Stephanie goes out of her way with extra touches. As indicated, there is some overhead creaking that is just part of the experience.

We love the apartment! Everything is so nice and thoughtful, from the water bottles already in the refrigerator, all the supplies for our coffee to the cleanliness of the apartment.We so appreciate every detail Stephanie put into making our stay comfortable. She was very accommodating when we asked to check in early and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and pickleball courts. We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s apartment and would definitely recommend and return.

This is a very nice property, much like being at home. The hosts go out of their way to make your stay comfy and work with times and days as needed. Very much appreciated. We will be back any time we are coming to Bellingham.

Super comfortable apartment with fun amenities. The location is perfect for bike riding and Stephanie the host accommodated our. Bike storage needs. Just wish we’d had more time to try the sports court. Definitely recommend staying here while biking Galbraith.

Great place! I loved the super clear instructions and labeling. The beds were comfy and the sitting area just right for our visit to see our son at WWU. We hope to stay here again.

A superb stay from start to finish! My husband and I spent two delightful, restful days in Stephanie’s lovely apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is pristine, beautifully furnished, and hands down one of the best-equipped places we’ve ever experienced. Great care and attention to detail has been given to seeing that guests have everything they might want (coffee and cream) and even a few things they didn’t think they’d need (gauze and Neosporin!!). The location is conveniently located just a short drive from both Bellingham and Fairhaven, in a quiet residential area. The area has long been one of our favorite places to visit, and this is now our favorite place to stay. I admit to being a bit unsure in advance about the two parking options, but once we arrived everything immediately fell into place and the photos and instructions could not have been more clear. Our host Stephanie was unfailingly accommodating and responsive (so glad we got to meet!), including allowing us some grace in our checkout time when a glitch in our travel plans delayed our departure. Thank you again, Stephanie, for your unsurpassed hospitality – we hope to return for a longer stay!

The home is in an ideal location, just a quick ride away from Galby Ln and an easy walk or run to Lake Padden. The host even included a thoughtful doggy basket with paw wipes, towels and doggy bags.
