Byers Peak views from this awesome house in Fraser. South facing atrium with Trombe Wall design. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with reversed floor plan to maximize views that includes a main floor primary bedroom w/king bed & en-suite bathroom. Lower level with 2 bedrooms and atrium. 1 bedroom w/ 2 queen beds and smart TV for streaming of TV through your own Netflix / Hulu etc. account. 1 bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full & twin over twin) and TV set up for Wi-Fi streaming so you can use your own Netflix / Hulu accounts. Extended 2 car garage. Covered, private hot tub with view of the Continental Divide. Multiple composite decks, large bathrooms and open concept living area.

Winter Park Resort is just 7.9 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.4 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 1.5 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Beautiful Property

Lovely home with stunning view. Plenty of towels and amenities. The only thing I wished that was available would be detergent to wash our clothes. Other than that, it was perfect!

Enjoyed the hot tub on a daily basis. Close proximity to RMNP was what we wanted. Very clean property with a great view!

Hiking trip

perfect location, beautiful house, very comfortable, great space! We enjoyed several hikes in the Rocky Mt National Park, gondola ride in Winter Park, white water raft trip in Clear Creek. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Amazing house in a beautiful location

Great Property

This property is huge and was perfect for my mini vacation to come up and enjoy snowboarding. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after an eventful day .

A very nice midweek stay in Winter Park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time in this home.The management company was very easy to work with. We will stay at this home again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean. The bedding was very comfy. They house was plenty big for a big group! The kids had lots of entertainment from games, jacuzzi, snow toys etc the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend house in Fraser

Came to Winter Park/Fraser area to go mountain biking with 5 friends. The place was just as nice if not better than advertised. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay - Family with young kids

It was a beautiful house with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the hot tub and it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The host was very good at communication. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable and Well Stocked

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the view from the living room was lovely. The kitchen was very well stocked. We've stayed in plenty of rentals where we've needed to go out immediately to get tp and soap, but we didn’t need to here. The checkout instructions were totally reasonable. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay, beautiful design, good location, well managed peoperty

This is a well managed property, beautiful house, unusual design. Private hot tub is a plus. We were a party of 5, had plenty of space. We think up to 7 adults would fit comfortably.

The perfect vacation home

Beautiful home in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Certainly a home away from home! We couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation with my large family and I. The basic necessities we needed were made available by the owner which made our stay even better! Would certainly recommend this beautiful home to any families visiting winter park! Close to many activities and dining areas!
