Enjoy relaxing in this fun, family-friendly home with a game room and plenty of space for everyone! All on one floor, guests who struggle with stairs don't have to worry. Enjoy a dip in your private pool and pool spa that can be heated for an additional fee and is covered by a lanai for extra comfort. Inside, central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. The full kitchen, with an eat-in dining area for casual meals, features full-size appliances for all your delicious cooking projects. A high chair is available for younger guests. You'll also enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer, so feel free to pack light.

This home's bedrooms are all spread out, the better to provide guest privacy. The first bedroom features a front yard view and a Harry Potter theme. Another has an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, all with a fun nautical theme. One guest bedroom features a Minions theme, and another has a contemporary design. Another bedroom with an en suite bathroom has a two-window backyard view and a TV. Each features a ceiling fan.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
