It has a (California) king bed and a queen air mattress so it can sleep up to 4. Designated parking stall. Beach gear including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards included.

This property is located in a very beautiful part of Princeville. It’s also located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. Beaches and local attractions are within walking distance. With a neighborhood market nearby, which is very convenient. The property itself is very clean and is accessible to the main road in the community. Robyn is very communicative and easy to contact when needed. We would come back again, when the time affords us to.

We enjoyed our stay while here and the amenities provided. It's in a great location and the weather was beautiful during our entire stay. If there was a heatwave I would see not having any air conditioning would be tough but it worked out for us. We would definitely recommend and book it again. The host was so responsive during our stay. Exceeded our expectations.

Second stay at this property. Obviously, we liked it or we wouldn't have booked it a second time. Two years between stays so two years of wear (don't get me wrong, it is a nice place), well located and the host is super.

Robyn was easy to communicate with. Self check-in and check-out, and no clean-up tasks upon check-out which is nice! The condo was well-equipped with beach gear, snorkels, kitchen supplies and had a spacious layout. It was nice to have access to the community pool. Excellent location in Princeville and very toddler friendly layout with outdoor eating area.

What a great little place to stay. Well equipped with all that you need. Beautiful condo in a an exquisite location. The thing I actually liked the most was the communication with the owner. She was very responsive to any concern from the moment I booked till I checked out. It’s rare to fine people who go out of their way to make sure you have what you need to enjoy yourself and have a great vacation. This host does. Mahalo!

Nice spot and area

Perfect location to stay, and easy to get anywhere on the north side from here. We didn’t use the property much but the pool looked nice and the home was clean and had everything we needed!
