Elegant Princeville Condo with Cozy Loft Bedroom and Mountain Views

Welcome to our comfortable condo in the heart of Princeville. Hale Moi is located across the street from Hideaways Beach access and just minutes-walk to one of Kauaʻi’s most beautiful views of Bali Hai mountain and sunsets.

The condo features a new king-size bed in a loft perched upstairs, with new bedding as well as air conditioning, updated decór, and new koa-wood-look flooring throughout (please note: the bedroom loft is accessed by a sturdy ladder. Guests must be comfortable climbing up and down. It’s fun, see our photos!). From the outdoor lanai (patio), enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding mountains and Kauai’s lush greenery.

Thoughtfully stocked with everything you need from full kitchen amenities and appliances to beach and snorkeling gear, you’ll be close to popular beaches, scenic overlooks, golf, pickleball, restaurants, and shopping, while still enjoying the peaceful beauty of the North Shore. Just down the street is the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, which offers more beautiful grounds, dining, and additional amenities.

Being in Princeville means convenience. The Princeville Shopping Center is just minutes away, making it easy to pick up groceries at Foodland, grab gas, visit local shops and galleries, stop at the ATM or enjoy restaurants and bars nearby.

Very simple check in with clear instructions. Very close to Hanalei bay which has good gift shopping and great food. Beautiful views.

I stayed at the end of July, and the ac was very helpful. I noticed some listings in the area without ac, and I considered it, but I was glad to have it. The property was perfect! Clean and walking distance to the “1 Hotel” if you need a nice dinner or date night. The host was also very responsive to messages through the VRBO app. I’m so glad I stayed here. If you’re on the fence, this is the right location.

The location was great. It was easy to book and check in. The place was not clean… which left us feeling uncomfortable.

I apologize for the stained carpets And have replaced them with beuatiful Koa wood vinyl flooring along with other upgrades to the condo since .

We had a great stay in Princeville. The rental was exactly like it was listed. We love the location to travel and sightsee the north side of the island. The condo provided us the kitchen we wanted, as well as the washer/dryer in the unit.If we return to this are, we would definitely look at renting the unit again.

Property is as listed, beautiful scenic view off the back, being able to do laundry was a benefit, location very nice. Only complaints is that the ladder to the loft bed is very steep, however section couch provided a nice alternative; and wifi connection was very spotty. Other than that we had a lovely stay!

Carpet was dirty, cabinets falling apart, found ants in the kitchen, bathroom was dirty. Host did return to clean bathroom upon request. Silverware and pans were not clean - food found on pots and silverware.

i apologize the carpets were stained! I have since replaced it eith nice koa vinyl flooring snd hsve addressed the other issues as well including the cabinet that was loose . Ive done sn upgrade since and have posted newer pocs of the condo!

Very nice and quiet place

Good AC, very comfortable bed and great back patio for morning coffee.Walking distance to beaches with amazing sunsets, shuttle stop and hotel restaurants.Easy to check in & out.

Condo is in a great location, quiet, and private. Great little lanai and view for morning coffee and breakfast. It got a little warm in the loft even though we had the A/C running. There was a fan there but it didn't seem to work. Kitchen is pretty well stocked, but was missing a couple basic things like measuring spoons (We only needed for measuring coffee, but would have been handy to have.) Pictures represent the condo well. Living room carpet is worn and needs replacing but would not be a factor in whether we stayed again. The shower was great and had great water pressure, which you don't find everywhere! Overall, great stay and good value for the money!

Natures paradise

Great location in Princeville. Very walkable area and access to a few beaches for sun, fun, and snorkeling. Easy to get to and great stay for exploring the north shore. The place was great and comfortable. Saw tons of birds and beautiful sunsets.

Great location

Loved this spot for location and comfort. So close to Hanalei for food and shops. Walkable to crazy sunsets and Queens Bath. Bed was comfy, place was pretty clean.

Perfect Getaway, Engaged and Supportive Hosts

We spent 2 nights in the cozy getaway for a girls’ trip. Not only was the unit in a great location, it was comfortable and had nice amenities. Our experience was additionally improved because our hosts were available to help with all questions and were fully invested in making sure we were enjoying our stay.
