Clean, modern 1 bedroom, (King bed + queen sofa sleeper), 1 bathroom condo with assigned parking, pool, hot tub, and bbqs on site.

Close to beaches, shopping, dining, golf, hiking, parks and more. Located in Sandpiper Village, which is centrally located in Princeville, a resort community on the north shore of Kauai. The resort is quiet and professionally landscaped.

I was born and raised in Hawaii, and we raised our kids in Princeville while they were young. We now live in Arizona, but a lot of our family still resides in Hawaii so we travel back "home" several times a year.

We want to do all we can to help ensure our guests feel comfortable in our condo so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or we can help in any way.

Everything was great. Only 1 thing went wrong. We left the property with the parking pass in the rental car. Please send me the address you want it sent to and I will overnight it.Sorry about that. I remember thinking about that when we first read about other renters who didn't send it back to you. That will not be me. Sorry for the inconvenience. Great condo. Had everything we needed for our stay plus extras (coolers, boogie boards, surf boards, ect). Property was very nice, and well maintained.

The property was exactly as how it was described in the ad, and the photos were also accurate. Although it was hard to get a hold of the host at the check-in process to see if we could check in a little early, after this, we were able to communicate with them very easy, and they were very responsive. They were very accommodating in letting us have a late check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and matched the photos. Had nice features like the nice flooring and shower. In house washer and dryer and nice patio with furniture and various beach accessories like boogie boards, surf boards, umbrella, chairs, and coolers. The property could have been cleaner as the washer was musty and had dark organic matter in the gasket, didn't help that it had been ran and left fully closed when we got there. The shower also had a nasty ring around the drain so it hadn't been scrubbed well in awhile and dishes and kitchen accessories where pretty dirty so we ended up washing them again before use. We were here during the hurricane Lowell. Power was out for 5 days of our trip so the property was only a roof over our head. A refund for unused days was offered if we left early which wasn't possible due to roads being closed and the airport not having consistent power which led to long lines and flight cancellations anyway. I would have preferred a discount on the property but that wasn't offered. The owner did offer assistance in the form of reimbursement for supplies purchased for the hurricane but much was already gone as locals were preparing ahead of time. They also had family and a house keeper but I didn't want to take advantage of that as I was sure most on island were in the same boat as us with no power and limited food.

We had a great stay in Princeville at this property! Parking was convenient and was nice to have access to the pool area as well. The highlight for me was a sweet kitty would visit us nightly on the lanai. Location was super convenient to foodland down the street, Hanalei bay and a lot of other great beaches. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was so relaxing to come back to after exploring beautiful Kauai during the day. They had all the amenities to make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck, with gorgeous tropical plants in abundance around us. The bed was very comfortable, and we spent our evenings relaxing on the comfy furniture in the living area. A couple minute drive to Foodland grocery store was so convenient and very well used. Their extensive poke bar choices at their deli were amazing. The pool and spa area was a wonderful place to hang out too, with very nice grills that we cooked our ribeye steaks on one evening. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay, we highly recommend this place!!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We knew prior to booking that this place had no air conditioning, but the place came with ceiling fans and plenty of portable fans that made it very comfortable. We had a great stay and loved the pool and hot tub area. The owners provided items for the beach and coolers, that was very useful and appreciated. We are hoping we can come back in a couple years and would definitely book this place again.

Our host, Robyn is exceptional. The unit has all the amenities you will need. Bed is very comfortable. Best hot tub after a long day of hiking. Location to Hanalei Bay is only a 5 minute drive

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a very nice upscale, safe area. The furniture was very comfortable and the condo was perfect size for my husband and I. We even worked a few day and the internet was great. Robyn and her staff were outstanding. Any little thing we needed, they were right there to get it corrected. We would highly recommend it. Such a great experience for our first time in Kauai.
